I go here almost everyday for my daily smoothie and never had an issue service is always great and never have to wait long for my smoothie place is clean and nice inside I love this location!
So, there I was...face to face with a menu of frosty deliciousness. My head said, "DRINK THE HEALTHY ONES, AUTUMN" but my stomach said, "Listen girl, you and me go waaaaaaay back...remember that time I told you not to eat the eggplant Parmigiano and you did it anyway and barfed everywhere?!?!...Well, trust me, GET THE PEANUT BUTTER ELVIS!!"I DID AND IT WAS A HUNKA-HUNKA COLD NUTTY SWEETNESS! DONE!.. I SAID GOOD DAY, SIR!!! ?????????
Although I love Planet Smoothie, this location is terrible because the customer service is horrendous! Law Enforcement had to get involved just for me to receive my refund. Worst customer service experience I've ever endured in my life. I highly advise going elsewhere for your smoothies, because their staff's toxic energy isn't healthy for anyone.
BEWARE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could! This place has TERRIBLE customer service (workers & management included). Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else where atleast you can get decent customer service!!!
