Horrible experience, 1st and last order.Ordered the new edge flat bread pizza and 12 piece wings.When pizza arrived it was a mess and cold looks like it was flung like a frisbee. Wings where awful.I called and spoke with a female manger, who was pleasant. And apologized said we would not be charged for the pizza . So we would only pay $33 for 12 terrible wings . Ok I’ll take it . Was never refunded they still charged us for this uneditable food.It was literally inedible we ended up having cereal instead.

Ordered pizza yesterday to be delivered for a party today at 11:15. Called looking for the pizza at 11:42 and they said they only have one driver. I said they should have mentioned or call to let us know and they hung up on me.
The food was great, when it finally arrived, I placed an order online to be delivered at 1745 it arrived 1 hour later, the manager excuse was that I set it for pickup, if I had meant to pickup, I certainly wouldn't have left a tip. Come on guys look at the order next time, if there is a tip included it's definitely not going to be a pickup order.
Y'all really know how to mess up someone's day. Not follow instructions, not giving proper order, I paid for additionals never got them, I even thought to myself maybe I should upgrade the crust to get cheese sticks instead of just bread. That's about $40 I wish I never spent with y'all. Not just one time but it's constant so I have no choice but to warn others about your poor performance.
Pizza was a bit dry from not enough sauce. But they remade the pizza no question and let us keep the dry pizza. That is true FAMILY customers service.
Staff are always nice people but it seems like they're always understaffed so wait time usually exceeds more than the given waiting time. Can't blame them for a small staff when they're trying their best but I wouldn't recommend this location if you aren't willing to wait or order ahead.
Order pizza with extra cheese not only do not I get extra cheese I hardly got any cheese at all. Pizza pretty much sucked. I will never get a pizza from there again. I will not recommend getting a pizza from this joint
Ordered from here and the order took an hour and a half to get to me. Surprise! It was cold. They said they would replace my order. Called today and no dice. They said it was already used. I will never order from this location again. I suggest everyone avoid this location.
