Horrible ExperienceWalked in and was seated fairly quickly, Went to Wash Hands in Restroom and noticed Sh*T Stains all over the restroom walls and door. saw empolyee walk out restroom without washing hands... but wait thers more....Ordered our food (pho) which came out incredibly quick and the waiter was acting super sus and wouldnt give my wife her plate because "it didnt have mushrooms" my wife said she didnt mind because she didnt like mushrooms but he ignored her request and took the soup to the back, comes back 30 sec later with her soup, my wife was hesitant to eat her bowl then when she proceeded to squeeze lemon juice in her pho a baby roach fell into the soup. The place is clearly infested! Will never go there again!
The menu is really interesting including a number of Viet dishes you do not see on many Viet menus. The food was ok, but not really tasty. The spring roll sauce meh. Chao Tom rubbery, and so on. It does look like they use quality ingredients but some the pre-prepare a while in advance. The bathrooms are simply disgusting. The door handles haven't been cleaned in at least a year. The tiles have caked on dirt from probably 2 years. The towel roll is dispensor gives you 4 inches of towel at a time. the urinal is hanging off the wall where the caulking has separated. Makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen is!!!!!! Apparently lots of take out orders.
Food is amazing, they have quantity and quality. I tried the coconut curry and it’s absolutely delicious. I love how they gave me the option to add heat to it or not, they left it off to the side. Because I personally don’t like heat in my curries. Definitely try them out ✌?
always forget hoison lime and siracha for my pho and always forget peanut sauce for my spring roll dont ever order to go from here unless u want disappointment and to not even want to eat your food anymore! do better i repeat myself 3x still cant get order right you are asian you know what goes in a pho bowl and u know how you guys like to eat your food! why am i always wasting my money thinking you guys can do better? never again 10 years family business went down hill !
The place was good before. Had a very bad experience yesterday !! Ordered fried rice and it was way undercooked with hard rice grains. Surprised how they can serve the customers such kind of food. Not going back !!!
While the pho soup is good, asked for additional housin to go and siracha (didn't give any to go). Was told by young women they would have to charge me. When I asked why, she said it cost money for the container and they have to pay someone to fill them. If not for COVID, we would have eaten inside and could use all the hoisen we wanted. Not very customer focused and will look for a new place to order pho.
I ordered take out for beef combination pho soup and fried egg rolls. My go to when I want Vietnamese food. This place was a let down. They did not add any sauce. Most places give you a small container for spice and hoisin sauce. Normally this wouldn’t bother me because I have that at home. But I just moved here and I had nothing. I was starving so I didn’t bother to drive back. And I regret it. It was SO oily and flavorless, that I just stopped eating it. The only thing that saved it, was the 2 slices of jalapeños.The egg rolls… the picture will speak for itself.
Pho was great! Didn't pack hoisen in the takeout bag but i have some at home so big deal - just a friendly reminder to check before leaving.
Has good menu options. The food is decent but the fried egg roll is disappointing. Do see they have a lot of Uber eats / Doordash order. Guess in that they are ahead of the others. A lot of competition in the area, not my top 3 choices of Vietnamese Restaurant.
I've been eating here for 20 years, and never once that i have complained, food's always good, and the price is reasonable. This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Saint Petersburg. ☺️?
