Poor customer service. Ordered tea and couldn’t drink it because of how dirty it was, you can tell it was never cleaned properly… and they still charged me for it! Disgusting. Ordered pho, broth taste basic and just bad experience overall. I prefer previous management. Unfortunately won’t return.
Okay. Been going here for a while. In the last couple months the service has gone downhill. I had a talk with the waiter the last 2nd to last time I was there about how slow they’ve become. Very apologetic they were that I still gave 20% tip. Today is a different story though. Waiting again and the tables not clean. Waited for the table then sat down. The bus boy gave us water. Then nothing. I stood up with my wife and said enough. The waiter started coming over and I said I’m not waiting anymore. You need to fix your service. At which point the water followed me out the door and started yelling at me. I said buddy your service here has gone downhill. Of course the truth hurts and then he yelled swear words. Seems like this place has gone downhill all together. You never yell at a customer. You ensure them that it will be looked into. They need service training. Might want to go to Tasty Pho down the street. BTO
Very disappointing lunch ordered. Ordered the com thit nuong - but the meat is just fat pieces. No actual “meat”. Very cheaply made meal. Very sad and embarrassing as I thought it would be an authentic place. I gave it a 2nd shot the first time I had pho which was a dark powder broth. Good pho broth should be clear and sweet. Eat local and maybe it really is global! this restaurant cuisine provides light sophisticated Vietnamese food with every type of dish family style, very good clean tasting food with loads of flavors & fragrances.The wait staff were extremely attentive and the menu prices extraordinarily fair. Pho lovers paradise .
My new favorite Vietnamese food spot I love their spring rolls I love their noodle dishes but my favorite of all is their pho soup and it's so freaking good and worth every bite and it's only like $2 more to go bigger on any Bowl
Only genuine Pho in Pinellas county period.I've been eating Pho for 25 years and this is the only authentic Vietnamese soup in town.PSI'll never set foot in another Haloing Bay as long as I live...rude people and the food is not authentic.
This is my favorite vietnamese restaurant. The pho and the spring rolls are delicious. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Unfortunately they were out of the coconut drink due to shipping thanks to our commie so called dictator. But other than that I enjoyed my food.
Okay fried egg rolls but everything else was problematic. The fresh rolls were a disappointment with anything-but-fresh ingredients and a sauce that tasted rancid. The noodles in the pho were old and stale. Way too heavy on the cilantro. But the worst of the worst was the chicken pho. Mostly pieces of skin and fat and, as a first, bones. The combination pho has a huge piece of bone in it. All pictured.
Very good Pho! ? Bun was scrumptious. Fish sauce was very good. Both spring rolls and fresh rolls were great! Would definitely go back!
