Love the place! No long wait time food is on point, staff is sharp and polite. Operating director is very good at his job. Working the kitchen while managing everything! Now thats how you show leadership. Definetly recommend this location!
I love that everytime we come here we alwasy get fresh HOT FOOD. The workers are alwasy friendly which is a big plus for me.
This PDQ is hit or miss nowadays, the old staff the food was 5/5 but the new staff is horrible, sometimes the food is perfect other times it’s overcooked or just pulled right out of the fryer and served. The milkshakes use to be the best but now I try to avoid this PDQ.
Fabulous, extraordinary, awesome would describe the food here. You're truly missing out if you're getting chicken anywhere else. There's nothing better!! Enjoy.
I have always enjoyed the food and service from the Pinellas Park location of PDQ when I've picked it up from the drive-thru; however, I strongly recommend that nobody use the online ordering functions until either a "pick up at drive-thru window" option is added or the management at this location improves significantly. I placed an order for curbside pickup today, expecting that the process would be quicker than the drive-thru. I received a notice that my food would be ready by 12:24 PM. I arrived at roughly 12:25 and checked in with the "I'm Here" button, which advised that someone would bring my food out to my car shortly. I sat in my car for 15 minutes without seeing any employees exit the building, even just to check to see if anyone was waiting. I then entered the building and had to wait another 5 minutes before anyone checked on me, and the employee who did help me was working both the online orders counter and the registers, even though someone else was also working the registers and there were very few people in line. I explained that I had been waiting outside and was simply told that there was a lot going on. While I can appreciate a restaurant being busy, particularly at lunchtime, and I do not in any way fault the employees, there is no excuse for a store manager to not ensure that there is at least one person dedicated to handling online orders. It was clear to me from today that this location is being managed in such a way that online orders are an afterthought, and I will not use the online ordering tool moving forward due to this managerial failure. My lunch was cold by the time I was able to eat it due to the delay, and I could not be more disappointed in a location that has otherwise always had excellent food and impeccable service.
I watched tonight as the guy making my food took his bare hands and rubbed them through his hair and then stick his hands in the salad and the cheese with no gloves. The other staff and manager thought it funny when I called him out and asked them to remake my food. Guy now offended takes his time to wash hands, put on gloves, and remake. I get all the way home only to find my Broccoli cups half empty. This after a 2 hr drive and needing to eat dinner. No way I can take this back for a refund now. I'm Very dissatisfied
It was a bug in my broccoli and the chicken tender looked so old and cooked in old grease. This made me never won’t to eat at an PDQ again. This was my favorite restaurant. If I wasn’t at work. I would have went back up there. This is just nasty. Don’t know if I ate a bug or not. I was half way done with the broccoli.
The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The service was great. The facility was very clean and orderly .Very impressed being our first time eating here .
Amazing staff, got 4 grilled chicken strip which are extremely healthy for you (actually). Inside looks ?!Edit 4/9/22: It looks like their doing a renovation inside and it's closed. Hopefully it looks ?❎️2️⃣❗️
It's alright for a fast food fried chicken. Chick-fil-A / Raising Canes are definitely better. The pro is sauces are free.
