Mobile Order and pay from the app. "RAPID PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONSPlease find your order on the Rapid Pick-up shelf in the cafe."Not this store, I had a similar experience at the majority of other Panera Bread locations, but at least they have cups out front where you can grab one and fill your order. In this store, the lady said you have to go to the counter so they can look up your order and then give you a cup; that defeats the whole purpose of rapid pick up. Why should I have to stand in line just to get a cup for something I already ordered and paid for? This location needs to do like they're supposed to and place the empty cup with the receipt in the rapid pickup area.
When I went in it was not busy- all of the staff seemed to be having a good time, when I ordered my food and then waited , I was looking for a table that didn't have dishes on it or crumb's but I couldn't find a table so I ended up at the bar seats by the entryway which was also very dusty! My food was good. i feel like when your not busy let's get that dining room cleaned. In this picture you can see dust that's been there longer than a day! I eat at Panera because it's a little bit healthier food and usually a lot cleaner dining room so I hope this motivates whoever to stay on point with that.
This place always has good food. The macaroni and cheese is always scrupulously scrupulous. And the rest of their food is made very good. Practically all the open seating was not wiped down, and looked like multiple people had been there at the table without any cleaning protocols. Overall, not a terrible experience when considering the welcoming people there.
Entrance into the restaurant was dirty, the food was mediocre at best. They need a better system for letting you know when your order is ready, they have music playing and they call your name out behind the counter where the food is being prepared, consequently we didn't hear our name called we waited and finally my husband went to the counter and it had been sitting waiting for us to pick it up! The soup wasn't even warm and I had to return it too! The ladies room was out of paper towels in the handicap bathroom. The dining area overall appearance was not clean the carpet looked old and the experience was not very pleasant at all
Had to pull up to wait for my order - no problem but they only brought the food. I told them that the smoothie was missing and he brought it out with the straw already in it. I don’t know if he was trying to be helpful or someone was getting ready to drink it, but that’s disgusting. They ask if you want your receipt and I recommend taking it.
I am very unhappy with this Panera! Thursday I ordered the Pick 2 (for delivery) a sandwich and Wild Rice soup. I received their Thai soup instead. I am very upset for different reasons. The key reason is I have a severe allergy to coconut. Had I not noticed the difference, It would have been bad. I called up to the restaurant and explained the situation and the lady that answered had stated that they were out of the Wild Rice soup and not sure how the Thai soup ended up in my bag. I explained several times that I have a severe coconut allergy and should have been notified that they were out of the soup and not have a replacement of whatever soup they felt like giving me. The lady then transferred me to a "manager" who, when they got on the phone, immediately asked "Do you want a refund?" without an apology. I again, reiterated that I have a severe coconut allergy and this could have ended badly had I not noticed the soup. She abruptly again stated that they will refund me. "Its refunded" and ended the call. As of writing this review, I have yet to be refunded. To be clear, this is NOT about the money, it's the principle of the fact that I was not even given an apology.
I’ve ordered delivery and pick up a few times this past few months and the order has been wrong. Missing items or incorrect items. I think three times now. Then I pay extra for delivery today and it was wrong again. I ordered three sandwiches and got some kind of bbq thing. So I went up there and I didn’t even get an apology from the manager. Just that I got the wrong order but my name was on it. She did fix it and brought it out. So I wait get the new order and pay for delivery and tip someone else just to come back up here and do it myself. I get you guys are busy but it doesn’t take much time to review an order. I wouldn’t order from this location. Things happen but not this many times. You must be super disorganized back there and rushing things. Now that I’m home the food isn’t cooked all the way lol 50$ for this. Just do better and be more professional and just say sorry when people our paying for your business and you make mistakes, thanks.
I have worked for Panera for 8 years both at corporate and franchise stores. Some of these employees mean well but for the most part WOW. Every time I go here I always have a bad experience, last trip was the store manager arguing with me about giving me a refund claiming my money is better spent on the food I already ordered. That giving me a refund is basically a waste of time. Very unprofessional and to tell me that they no longer serve half salads versus a whole salad makes no sense what so ever. When I can clearly go online and order one and I went to the store that same month and ordered a half. Not only that but to argue the price difference and tell me at the end oh wait there’s no half salad that exists anymore. Okay thank you for you’re guys time and I hope everyone else has a good experience but this panera has become such a hassle to even get food from even going through the drive thru…
If you want to eat one “pizza” and be angry ? buy on line at this store they will forget it in you order and you will have to come back and wait for it.I will give another chance but definitely in another Panera bread place.??
This place is amazing! The employee's are so polite and easy going. Food came out hot and delicious! Thank you guys !
