I really don't want to let everyone know about this place because it's a secret for us. But, I can't let a restaurant this good stay hidden. We love this food! Honestly, if you are looking for huge portions, phenomenal authentic Mexican food, you need to make the drive out here. Yes, they have the OG style restaurant style salsa.

This is some of our favorite Mexican since moving to Florida! Very low-key, located at the front of an old extended stay motel. But some of the best restaurants are in the last place that you would expect!We’ve only been a handful of times in the past couple of months, but our waitress Blanca already knew what we wanted to drink when we sat down! Better than the service at any of the busier chain restaurants in St. Pete or tourist traps in Clearwater!Blanca is an asset to this restaurant, it’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who takes the time to get to know their patrons!I’d love to see them grow and franchise, but maybe that is what makes Nuevo Vallarta a special place!The food is a great value for the price! I highly recommend Nuevo Vallarta!
The food is yummy and reasonable portions. Service is always wonderful. Chips and cheese are pricey, and the nachos are no longer flowing. However, times are tough and everything else is a good deal.
First off I read the reviews and for everybody that said it has a lot of flavor....... it was so Bland no flavor the meat was rubbery yes they did give you a lot of food, but the food was not good at all.. they charge us an extra $15 for something we never ordered... I love Mexican food... but this place,nothing no flavor at all in the food spent over 80$ wish we went somewhere else ...
A hidden gem for sure! Great food, nice staff, and clean! In an older building connected to a hotel so may have missed or declined if just driving by! Will definitely return! Found by searching Mexican restaurants near me...give this place a try...delicious food and portions match the price.
This place is off the hook great!Read review about prices being a little high. I understand that but at this time I would rather get top notch food rather than a watered down version.Was in restaurant business most of my life this is great food and you will enjoy!If price is issue try Taco Bell they are low cost eating,not for me!
I learned a lesson not to go to restaurants next to shady looking hotel restaurants. The food was disgusting, it was cold, almost as if they didn't even cook it. Avoid this place at all costs!
