I haven't been to Moe's in several years. They used to run a special on Monday's for 6 or seven bucks. I looked online and it said they were still doing that special. So I went today to the pinellas park store. When I asked the counter help if they still ran the special at first he looked like he didnt know what I was talking about. Then I thought I explained the special and he said it's going on right now. He prepared my burrito and I went to the register and the cashier said like 13 or 14 dollars. I said I'm sorry I guess I didn't make myself clear about the special. There is no way I can afford that. I felt bad that I took up this man's time and not to mention wasted food. But I should have known better-back in the day it was PACKED on Mondays today there was one person in the restaurant. There were no signs in the store advertising the special so that's why I asked the counter help if the special was still running. I feel bad about this but I'm sorry I am retired and very low budget, even the special was kind of a splurge.So I won't be making that mistake again, and my apologies to the counter help.

Worst experience I've ever had at a moes southwest grill. They have a couple of kids running the inside and they was rude and kept making comments behind the counter to each other. And they was missing multiple items from the counter
It’s a shame to walk into a place and there’s not a single soul working but when there is it’s a freaking kid. The managers should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. A store full of customers and one kid working. Imagine the stress and anger this poor kid felt. When I asked her where the manager was she just looked at me teary eyed and couldn’t give me an answer. The audacity of this place for putting a LEGIT KID through something like that is horrible. Shouldn’t even be allowed to be in business I will never be coming back here again. Give that girl a raise and a management team that actually cares about their people.
I wish I could give it 0 stars but google is very generous to allow a one star what kind of place lets a person work ALONE that’s pretty insulting and on top of that this place is always out of food or drinks and the managers are p*ss poor and don’t even care that the place is falling apart never coming back after yesterday I tried to give them a chance
The girl who was working here by herself did an amazing job, she handled the pressure of multiple orders by herself. Food was great the only reason why I gave 1 star is I truly believe she should not have been by herself in this entire restaurant. No management no other employees except for her. Seeing as this is in a busy plaza I would hope the higher management sees this and decides to remedy that.
I do love Moe's. However, when I walked in today, the poor person was alone with a line full of people! Come to find out, their supervisor was in the back for most of the line. Once the line was clear he left them completely on their own. Completely unprofessional way to run a restaurant.
Good food and great service, the last 5 times of being here had been amazing! Would recommend visiting this one over all of them!
This Moe's is hands down the cleanest and most efficient location I have ever been to, by far! I travel frequently, and have been to many in Florida.When Denasia is working, the floor and tables are spotless, and the bathroom is cleaner and fresher than you could ever hope for! She keeps the service line running most efficiently, and keeps the food coming!Thank you to Moe's Pinellas Park location, to Denasia, and to all those there that work as hard as she does!!
Came in for lunch today and had an amazing first experience! Fast, friendly service! Oh and the food was amazing?
