The staff is friendly, order was processed fast and correctly, no long wait.
It's a fairly new McD's, long drive-up line, no wait indoors. Clean, friendly staff.
Horrible chicken nuggets now! Who does McDonald's think they are fooling? They must think customers are not smart. I have been eating chicken nuggets from a young child and they have obviously we formulated this product to make it cheaper and make more profit for themselves while still charging the customer the same price if not more. Don't take my word for it, go to your local McDonald's and order some chicken nuggets it won't be the same ones you ate when you were in high school. They are now horribly small thin and dry it takes three of the Nuggets that they are presently serving two equal one nugget that you used to get 5 years ago. If McDonald's continues this practice of giving the customer way less for the same amount of money I believe they will go in the same direction as Checkers did and you will see them disappearing from the America landscape. Very sad that a huge corporation would not know how to treat their customers. My recommendation is go back to the original chicken nugget and charge the customer a little more money if the profit is not there but keep the product original.
They always get my order wrong. I have spent so much here because I have 4 children just to not get what I paid for EVER. Food is always cold. I just hate McDonald's anymore. Don't plan to come back to this one ever again. Horrible service.
I'm beginning to hate all McDonald's the one on 52nd and Park Blvd especially now the one down on 70th and US 19 is went the hell the one at 54th avenue and 66st isn't that great so far the only one I'm really found that is okay with me for right now is the one that's at 66th Street and like a hundred and second I believe I say protests in McDonald's even though it's my daughter's favorite go to Burger King or Chick-fil-A eat more chicken
I really enjoyed eating at this McDonald's for quite a few reasons. First reason was that they were very quick and efficient. The staff works so well together and their communication is great! The second reason is that the store is so clean and there are a lot of dining areas inside and outside. The food is just as classic As It Ever Was for McDonald's. I still love their Big Mac and fries! There is plenty of parking here and their drive-thru is very very quick!
It just seems it a struggle for this place to get your order exactly right...cmon...I just wanted an UNSWEET tea, LARGE ...with my order... they gave me a med sweet tea instead...this is my second visit to this location..I give 3 stars...service needs improvement !
I was only person in store a couple cars in line at drive through when ordered fish sandwich and soda. Went to table, waited for number to be called ... finally went to counter. Bag sitting there. When asked was told fish sandwich. Back at table found fish/cheese halfway off bun, barely warm. Really!!
Like it a lot people were very friendly and fast and good food and if you don't like something order they replace it with no problem
There's really not much to say on McDonald's is a McDonald's now the people that work at them are a totally different story this one is good
