I feel like I have an issue whenever I come. Its always due to rude employees giving attitude. Today it was over milkshakes. I understand sometimes machinery breaking so I asked for a refund but also said I wanted to order new drinks because the price of a soft drink is less than a milkshake and we would not have received our full money back if we didnt refund. They refunded us but ignored our request to order different drinks. I got called unreasonable and that my request did not make sense. The girl proceeded to talk bad about me when she walked away from the window with the window open. Im glad I got my refund and we wont be coming back.
I was thirsty, stopped in for a slushy. Was not served s full cup but a cup a little of half full. The service acted like we were inconvenience them. This is why it has been over 10 years since I have visited a McDonald's and why I will never visit them again. They don't want my money or my business then I am happy to them just that an Extra Large Happy Meal of NOTHING.
I went to park Blvd McDonald's today first time since early 2021. Now I see why I don't use this one. I would give a zero star but the nice lady at the drive thru was trying to assist me and deserve it. I attempted to use my 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich app coupon but she called two managers one with blue hair and the other fellow clueless as he said it was expired, it had not this was the last day to use. I won't go back to that place when management doesn't know anything
I'm not much of a fast food guy. Nowadays. McDonald's is just way too pricey for what you're getting. You can go to quite a few other places and get a meal that is significantly healthier for you and only a few dollars more. Plus this McDonald's took forever. I sat there probably 10 or 15 minutes. Just waiting on a single burger...
I ordered 2 Mcdoubles. They came in no time warm and ready to eat. I had gotten a phone call in the drive threw and I was trying to juggle the two. Being distracted I didn't wait for my change($15) and took off. After about 3 min down the road I realized I left my change ($15) there so back I go. I was surprised to find my change packed up and labeled for me. I got it back with out many questions but naturally some were in order. Thank you McDonald's. Who knew you were honest too. I wish I got her name for these purposes. What an outstanding employee.
It's fast food. Nothing special. Nuggets and fried were fresh but that is probably because we ate inside. No more water on the soda fountain. Not everyone wants soda.
The food was Okay.Fries was Luke warm. Forgot to put the nuggets in the happy meal.Employees helpful.The store has the smallest American Flag I have ever seen for a place of Business.
I ordered an ice cream cone to go. I was hot and I just wanted something cold. The staff was very helpful and they delivered it really fast. Thank you so much!
30 min for an iced coffee and a blueberry muffin. I also asked for an extra cup of ice. No sugar nor cream and no ice in my ICED coffee. Poor girl was new and scrambling around. Ran out of coffee. Told her it was ok. No problem. It doesn't have to be filled to the top just add some sugar and cream I didn't want it black. Meanwhile the manager is outside smoking and there's cars wrapped around the building…. C'mon!! Shes a new employee help her out! At least the young lady cared she was trying last time it was some slacked jaw young man with a 5000 yard stare who could barely say thank you or you're welcome. A JOKE
Depends on who is working....Been here where everything is like usual.... everything they way Ray Kroc wanted... 98% profit.....Also been here where I ask for no pickle and home boy slaps 15 pickles on the MF burger like I started WW3....
