Real good product fresh. Bar and couple tables with charging stations and if forget charger are USB ports plenty available. Not run you out after receive meal. A nice experience, pleasant and staff also.

Meet on my taco was burnt the shell was a rock and I won't be returning

Very surprised, better than half the restaurants around and price is excellent ? definitely going back

Had the tamales they were ok. $4.99 for six tamales. Could tell they weren't made fresh.

Tried to order a dozen tamales as per their electronic menu hanging above the counter, and was directed by the person working there that they only sold tamales by 6 and they were located in the heated display behind me. What happens if you order their tamale plate that comes with 3 tamales?? Do they open up a half dozen tamale package from the heater and put them in the Styrofoam container? I ordered the beef enchiladas plate, very little beef but loaded with cheese. The rice was dry and the refried beans tasted like burnt coffee. The steak tacos were just ok.

Tacos are ok. I was expecting better not the same as the ones in Texas locations.

Great food, Great Service! That young man Greg is going places for sure.

When I first started going to this location, it was FANTASTIC. The food was fresh, the staff was nice but in the past few months it has slowly gone down hill and now it's hit rock bottom. The food has obviously sitting out for hours. They usually make the tortillas fresh as you order it but today, they ran out of tortillas. It took about 5 minutes for someone to notice we were at the counter today and it wasn't even a Laredo staff member, it was a 7/11 staff member and she had to search for him because he was nowhere to be found. I was so excited when this place first arrived but it's become a huge disappointment every time we visit now. Please management, do something about this. Get back to how you used to be.

They really really need more trained staff that know the menu. Also, a dedicated tortilla maker. If not, a machine like they have down at Laredo Taco Companies down in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. I understand growing pains..but when you have a clientele who is really on the go in the morning to get to work...and they have to wait 15 or more minutes..well..that eats up into their money. Food is ok.

This location has potential but the staff needs to get it together. I’ve been to Laredo Tacos in the Rio Grande Valley of TX and this location has a lot to learn! My fiancé and I have been here several times and our order has been messed up almost every time. The staff needs to be better trained to understand and know the menu along with the prices of things. I recently ordered a two taco plate and was charged for a street taco plate and when I brought it up at the register the manager seemed not to know what I was even talking about. Also, they need to learn how to properly make the tortillas. Every time I’ve had them they have been too thick and need to be rolled out thinner. Again, I think this location has potential but the staff needs much more training!
