Can’t tell you how much I love Five Guys burgers! First time I’ve had it in a while, sooooo delicious! Double cheeseburger and fries. The store was great too. It was clean and not too busy.
My girlfriend and her friend and I went to this five guys location before the movies. The food was great and they had a lot of options to add on to the burgers. Fries were great and they offer free peanuts. The food was filling and the service was fast even with a long line. One of my favorite burger places highly recommend!!
I placed an order for a cheeseburger and medium fries. The total was a ridiculous $14.89. Even though fast food employees should not get tips I still tipped 10%. After waiting patiently and all the other customers were gone they asked if I was waiting for something. I told them I'm waiting for my food. They asked what my order # was, ot was 1, and they looked at each other like I was the crazy one. One of them said what did you order and I said "you're kidding me right"? He told me they must have lost the ticket, I believe they gave it to someone else. I just said "Give me a refund, I've waited too long already". The manager didn't know how to refund the tip I put on the bill and was seemingly surprised I'd want that back too. I got it back in cash from the tip jar. They dont deserve tips for running a register and they certainly don't deserve it if I dont get my food. I will never go back to that location.
Love the lettuce wrapped burgers. They always provide an ample quantity of fries. Order is always accurate. Will definitely return.
First time there, only got a bacon hotdog and fries and it was really good. Those fries are awesome!
They had this posted at their counter, you can clearly see the ingredients listed and I asked to make sure it was an actual patty and they guy taking my order, I believe his name is Matthew said yes. Also when we walked up to the counter he said “would you like to try the ‘I hate beef patty?’” The whole time he was taking my order he and his friend who supposedly is the manager (Patrick) we’re laughing the whole time so I asked if something was funny or if the veggie patty was a joke and they said no. When I got my sandwich there was no patty as this sign is clearly advertising, literally just veggies on a bun. When I brought it to someone’s attention, the guy who was making the burgers, he had no idea what they were selling or advertising, he said they don’t sell a veggie patty there. Then when we asked to speak to the two who took our order, we asked them if it was joke and that I was already on the phone with corporate and he said “it was just a joke, you guys are taking it too far.”I don’t think it’s a joke to waste peoples money and lie to them about what they’re getting, if I would have gone home without checking they would have been closed and I would have wasted my money and time.I really don’t think it’s a joke to mess with peoples finances and lie to them about what they’re getting. The person behind us ordered it too and he was just as confused as we were.I have never experienced something so unprofessional.
I gave it two tries now. Both times fries were not cooked thoroughly. Last time bun was stale. This time burger doesn't taste right either. I get five guys all the time. I am wondering if it is just this location.
Jose is so nice and accommodating. He is the reason why I keep coming back even though I live in Clearwater. He was very helpful offering me a menu tour and explaining the sizes of the burgers. Keep him around hes doing everything right and then some!
This is what they call a well done fry. They didn’t even try. This is the pinellas park location
