This was one of the worst drive through customer service experience ever. It felt like I was a complete bother for just ordering two subs. It took him 8 minutes to even acknowledge us at the drive through ordering box and there was NO other customers in the parking lot at all. The drive through employee taking orders obviously hates his job and management should take a look at who is representing their business because this just lost a customer for good. And then taped to the window "tips are not required but they are appreciated" haha is this real life? For 100% sure, I will not be back.
This location USED to be good. Horriblee customer service by the drive through employee. Will not be back. $27 for 2 subs is WAY to much while being treated poorly from start to finish and this was just a drive through experience.. He could not even lean a little out of the window to hand me my drinks or food and had a very sluggish attitude the entire time like I was bothering him just placing a order (not even asking for one thing extra of him) In this case makes you feel uncomfortable even eating the food that took 15 min to get to the window.
The staff here was very welcoming and professional. The food tasted great and fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
This location doesn't take coupons. That's fine, but then they should post on the door and at the register before customers order that they don't accept coupons. The coupon I had specifically listed their location. They don't tell you until after you've filled drinks and gotten chips that they won't honor it. Nor do they offer anything else. Then, you're stuck paying full price for some very overpriced sandwiches.
First one we ever saw with a drive through. Also gave my daughters hats and sweets for free. Great place.
Toasted sandwiches a la Quiznos, thank God. Good ingredients, freestyle Coke, happy workers. Thanks for the free T-Mobile Italian sub idea to introduce to the public.(a moment to say that Jimmy John's is the worst)
I haven't even ordered yet and I'm already sinning it down 1-star for having your employees argue with each other infront of customers. I don't care if someone made a mistake, don't ever do that.
This Firehouse location is consistently the BEST we've ever been to. We go at least twice a week. My fiancé and I both have to be gluten free because of separate autoimmune disorders, and they go above and beyond to make sure nothing is contaminated, and we've never gotten sick, which is a rare blessing. The food is always fresh and amazing. We appreciate them so much!
One and done. I always get my steak subs from firehouse, but decided to try this one out. Never again. The steak was unseasoned and the fountain drinks were watered down. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I'm good on this location.
My first time there and the employees were very helpful and my Steak and cheeses sandwich was great. Thank you guys.
