Terrible service and food. On 7.8.22 9:30amGot 2 orders burnt hashbrowns3 donuts with half white frosting melted off. The 2 sandwiches were fine. The egg bites were gross.When I asked they to please replace the window and on duty manager said that's how they all are and proceeded to grab my bag rudely out of my hand. Told me to have a great day in a condenending matter. Gave me 3 more messy donuts. Why I love Starbucks instead.Who ever owns this dunkin needs to address the rude and unproductive workers. Honestly how many people need to rate they are rude here?
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience this morning with my order, the customer service was the worst I ever had in a very long time with the lady at the Drive Thru. I got my mini stuffed bagel like I do every day; the bag and the small bag inside the big bag came out so dirty, grease everywhere , like someone pick up from the floor, when I expressed my concerned with the employee at the Drive Thru, she give me so much attitude and rudeness. I requested speaking to a manager about this uncomfortable delivery, the lady starting yelling the manager's name to come to the window. The manager was very understanding but the other employee was not having any remorse how customer need to be treat. Hope this location pay attention how customer service can impact a buisness.06/27/2022I wanted to give another try to this location because it's close and it is on my way to work, but ones Again this place disappointed me more and more. This location really needs someone to manage and pay attention the quality of the food and presentation.
Always love stopping in on Fridays to get coffee! Staff is always friendly!
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried this locations multiple times. If you don't come sometime in the morning you aren't getting a good coffee and despite being the only car in drive through it will still take a long time.so much creme and sugar in my ice coffee Its white.
I come here early morning- afternoon time and they are always fast and friendly. My drinks are always consistent and good too!!
I am not one to usually leave bad comments or reviews unless I give the place many chances. I live very close to this Dunkin’ Donuts and was going there every day for Matcha latte iced. Then I stopped going because they never fill the cup all the way up and there would be so much ice that I could drink the whole large in one sip. So couple months later (this past two weeks) I decide to try it again but instead ask for light ice, ask for no ice, ask for two larges just so I can make sure I can get the beverage and size of my choice. I’ve always offered to pay extra or even just tip them even tho I always do anyway always do anyway (they didn’t even get it right after I tipped 4 bucks) I tried many attempts to just get the drink I wanted lol . I finally gave up and just went online and bought my own matcha so I can make the only kind of caffeinated morning drink I can have . So yeah…. I’m sure all their drinks are wonderful but if your looking for matcha …. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR MAKE IT AT HOME because it’s takes an arm and a leg to get a good one here.
Just got a breakfast wrap and a medium hot tea it was fine but they made my tea just right
Staff members are rude and don't do their job is there a job sat at the window for I don't know how long after I got my sandwich the girl forgot to make my machiato because she was so busy complaining about her hours and what she has to do she made it set it by the cash register and walked away I asked if somebody could please hand me my drink so I could leave and she screamed out at me have a nice day and then when I took a sip there was no flavoring in it horrible is horrible horrible workers
By far the worst store I've gone too. I went inside to get drinks and I was told 3 times someone would be with me. I was there for 10 mins and no help. I ended up walking out. Everyone in there is very rude. The drive thru doesn't move. Lazy people.
