This has to be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that 50% of the time I go up there, they are either CLOSED when they are supposed to be open, or they have the lobby closed and only drive-thru open. The reason behind this is I believe they are always short staffed and or employees don't show up for their shifts. The manager is super nice and the drinks are good when I'm actually able to order. Just very annoying to go up there just to have to turn right back around because they are closed during normal business hours. Instead of going to one that is 2 minutes away, I'm usually forced to go to one that is 15 or 20 minutes out of my way.
Visited this morning... Lobby was closed yet again. This is a regular occurance with this location. It's crazy they can't handle the breakfast rush when they are a company that serves breakfast. There was literally only 3 cars in the drive thru and at least 3 employees that I could see through the window, if they can't handle that without having to shut down the lobby that's pathetic. I wish they would put something in that location that was consistent with their operating hours. Very frustrating to walk up there for my coffee before work just to be turned away half the time.
Worst location I have ever been to! They always close the lobby, which in is extremely inconvenient for the people that live in the neighborhood and walk up there for their morning coffee. I will never go to this location again after this morning... Second time this week the lobby is closed while they scramble frantic to serve the TWO cars going through the drive-thru.
Guys Duncan is stepping up their game they have this cake batter iced coffee it is absolutely amazing also try there brown sugar foam ice coffee it is good service good customer service
Worst DD ever. Came in with my son. Stood patiently for 5 minutes with 5 employees not acknowledging us. Communication was poor between manager, staff and evidently customers. Staff was not helpful; when asked who was going to take our order, staff (drive thru gal) was extremely rude giving us attitude. If all of you aren't happy in your job, why are you there?! To top that off, 4 simple glazed donuts, one should've been chocolate glaze ended up being a sprinkled chocolate glaze! *SMDH***first and last time at this location!!**
I've always liked Dunkin' donuts ever since I was a little girl back home. It's one of the best places I know of to go get something for that sweet tooth on that craving you get during the night. Dunkin' donuts is always had good delicious donuts coffee lattes now. Things that didn't have when I was coming up. My granddaughter she loves they lactase and I like iced coffee. So you see there's something there for everybody and anybody. All you have to do is just drive by and satisfy that sweet tooth craving. Bon appetit
Would give 0 starts if I could. Lady in window throws your food at you and young female who’s the manager had a bad attitude and no respect. That’s how you lose customers and your job
Always love me some Dunkin donuts. Very clean and organized and the staff is very polite. Definitely will be going back.
Went to this location looking to do some studying because coffee shops are generally ideal for this and it’s very close to my home. One of the staff members was extremely loud throughout my entire visit (approx 1.5 hrs) between being rambunctious with the other employee and yelling at her children who were in the store. The clear lack of regard for patrons in the lobby and downright disrespect towards those clearly trying to focus is why I will personally never return to this location. DO NOT COME HERE TO STUDY OR GET ANY WORK DONE!
This location is the closet to my house and yet I avoid going here. The coffee is usually made wrong, a few times they just give me whatever watered down cup that’s been sitting on their counter for god knows how long. Don’t even dare ask for a frosted donut or it will be placed upside down in your bag with the frosting all lost & stuck on the bag. I thought I’d give it a go again today, waited in line for 30 mins (fast for this place) and of course everything I asked for was “out of stock” lol I mean I get the grumpy employees I used to work at a Dunkin’ many moons ago, but what’s the point of owning a business if you can’t provide what your customers ask for? The owner of this franchise clearly doesn’t care about their business. No wonder the workers are miserable.
