As much as I love the tea, I've been disappointed too many times with irregular hours. I drive all the way there only to find a hand written note saying they're closed. On two occasions, employees siting inside turned me away saying they were closed.. It's okay to have days off, but reflecting accurate hours of operation on Google and other platforms is critical. Total waste of gas.
I understand that we walked in at twenty till closing, but we drove twenty minutes just to be told that they were “out of everything”. Interesting since the large family was all sitting in the front with multiple different kinds of their tea, in their cups, that was obviously recently made, mostly full with ice. If you don’t want to serve anyone else, turn off the open sign and lock the door.
Beautiful Set Up. Good Flavored Tea and a lot of varieties to indulge. Just need to work more on Customer Service Orientation. Aside from the Intake Crew barely talk he's not good listerner either and acted like mad.
Best boba I've ever had! Their coffee is delicious also. The gentleman at the register was extremely patient with my partner and I in trying to decide what we wanted. The service was perfect.
I keep coming amd coming to this place. I like signature milk tea and taro milk tea here. The bobe is suer chewy is a plus +.They have a stamp card by 10 get 1 free too which make me coming back again and again. The vibe is great, music is soft and sometime they put a table chair outside to sit and chill.
Best boba tea in Pinellas! My favorite is the Thai Tea. You can choose from black boba, golden boba or crystal boba! Lots of flavored teas and slushes. You can also pick how sweet you want the drink. Fun cafe feel where you can play board games and hang out with friends.
They weren't very helpful and looked at us like we were stupid for being first time customers. Will go somewhere else next time.
I was debating if I should write a review or not. I was searching up other boba places to try another day but I came across the ding tea reviews. I was there earlier today with my wife and we had tried the thai tea and monster and it was delicious. Reading the reviews that were posted earlier today is absolute one sided. If you read the reviews about how the pink hair boy and the black and blonde girl was being rude, it is absolutely exaggerated. I was there and witnessed the whole thing. I remember the workers calling out each order numbers to get your drinks and one person had grabbed this guys drink and the guy came up and was upset. It is no one’s fault but the guys, it isn’t someone else’s fault that he didn’t hear his order number. I was standing right there and not once did the worker say it was the guys fault. The guy later got really upset and walked over to the opening of the inside and look like he was about to fight the guy worker. he was very aggressive and it was not needed. I had an amazing experience visiting ding tea and would come back anytime. The music was a bit loud but it didn’t seem to bother anyone. don’t listen to these bad reviews because I would give them five stars any day.
Terrible customer service. The boy with pink hair and a girl with black and blonde hair were rude to another extent! They handed one of our drinks to a different customer and when we said that there was a mistake the woman had the audacity to say that it was our fault. We said we wouldn’t be back due to the horrible service and the young man with pink hair said “I’m glad we wouldn’t want you back” what a great way to treat your customers. Honestly I would but negative stars if I could.
People that make drinks (the guy and girl with colored hair) are crazy, playing loud music, dancing with it, making wrong drinks, rude, and so on.I ordered one drink and received different drink, that taste so awful. The two girls that used to work around a month ago used to be better and efficient.
