This used to be our favorite spot to eat but this is the second time we've ordered online, gone to the store and they say they've never received our order. Even though we have the email, confirmation of payment, location, and order number. The staff are not being helpful and have an attitude about the situation instead of trying to help us solve the issue. They just say they don't see the order and don't want to give us the food though it's been paid for. I understand the high volume of people and stress but its customer service and the unfriendliness is uncalled for.
Always love going here, I'm here at least once a week. Great food, but the service could be a little bit better, and cleanness. Other than that. I will continue to come back again and again
Picked up chips and they were stale. When I brought them back, I was assertively told, “We make the chips in the morning, so they’re all going to be stale. That’s just the way it is. I can give you a new bag, but they’re going to be stale too.” Not cool. I don’t think I’ve ever heard any type of restaurant say, our food is going to be stale. That’s how it is. Deal with it. MacDonald’s doesn’t even do that.
I’m really not one to leave bad reviews but this was horrible customer service. The girl glared at me the entire time, was short worded, and then put 4 pieces of chicken in my brothers bowl.
Went in for to go around 7. There were a few people ahead of us but the line was quickly moving. The staff were friendly and efficient. The dining area was clean and supplies were stocked.
Hands down the best Chipotle by far (and I’ve eaten in countless other Chipotle locations). Food is very flavorful and place is clean. Staff is nice. Kudos to the Manager, keep it up!
This location has gone down hill. They definitely do not have good help lately here. My order has been messed up 3 times recently at this location. Also I don’t know what’s going on with the steak but there is so much fat on it! Sooo gross!!!
Food was very good but the dining area was messy. I asked one of the employees if she would clean the table so when one of the preparers came over she brushed over the table with one swipe and left. It was still dirty my reason for three stars. It's not a very clean Chipotle.

I used to love Chipotle and would eat here often, but the quality has declined drastically! They’ve reduced the portions for the protein so I started paying for double meat. The last 2 orders I placed did not have double meat (despite that I paid for it) and this order also included a giant hunk of tendon/fat and a big tomato stem. Management needs to be aware that the quality here is terrible lately. Seriously.
