This Chili’s has been hit or miss with service since Covid but love the easy food choices so we always go back. Tonight was a vest improvement and I saw the hustle and everything was great. Keep up the good work. It shows!
Waitress was really on it with drink refills. Wife got the shrimp tacos, I got the pick 3 for fajitas and added the jack up for extra cheese. It was worth the 2 extra bucks, that Jack up option really made the fajitas over the top. It was piping hot and there was so much we both had leftovers. I hated chili's a few years ago, but my wife really wanted to go. I'm glad I gave them another go. I don't care about service, I care about the food. I can have terrible service and go back if the food is worth it. But no level of service can make up for bad food. I'll be back and hope chili's doesn't drop the ball again by cutting corners like they did just before covid. Food>Service. But both makes for a memorable experience.
Anyone who has been here the past few years knows that it was going downhill fast. But new management and new staff has made a huge difference. We just left there for dinner. It was packed but service never wavered. The food was amazing. We watched staff working their butts off both serving and cleaning. It is definitely the quality we are used to and will definitely be back with our family of 8.
Our go to, easy eating evening supper restaurant. Specials on back of menu are great. 3 items for $10.99. I absolutely love the chicken fajitas! Sign up for the app and get free chips and salsa. First time ever, hubby ordered mushroom burger and kitchen ran out of mushrooms! No compensation. Still delicious. Highly recommend otherwise.Waitress was excellent and apologetic.
I wish we could give a negative rating. I was seated waiting for the rest of my party and wanted to order their monthly $5 margarita. The server said I'm sorry we don't have that. The rest of my party arrived and we all got our beverages and ordered our lunches. I had ordered on the side a Texas cheesy fries. It came and looked disgusting I wish I had taken a picture so I could show you. It looked like it was sitting in the window for an hour. I returned it to Megan, our server, and said I couldn't eat this. If you lifted one fry all of them came up. Megan asked if I would like a new one. I said I think I'm done with that no thank you. There was no visit from a manager? talk about my disappointment? Nothing removed from the bill. I think Chili's has just gone downhill so much. I don't even want to return.
Great service from waiters & great food.
Sabrina was an excellent server. She kept checking on us, getting us drinks and quickly corrected an issue we had with an order. Food was amazing, better than expected.

Stopped by with my family at 4pm on a Sunday. Restaurant was very quiet when we walked in. Unfortunately stood at the host stand for 5minutes and despite seeing more than 5 different members of staff nobody greeted us or acknowledged us at all. No wonder they were not busy on a weekend… we went down the street to BJs and the service there was amazing despite the restaurant being busy. Staff at this chilis location need to work on their manners and common sense.
