Consistently forget sauces, straws, etc. Every time I get carry-out here, I’m already standing back in line because I know they forgot my sauce.Food is below par for Chick-Fil-A standards.General Manager and team need to get it together.
Went to this location for a quick bite to eat on the 20th. When I got home my sandwich’s were cold and fries tasted like they were sitting around for quite a while. Called to get my money back and the team lead who also referred to themselves as the manager told me she couldn’t give me my money back. Called another time this evening and got the run around again from the Team Lead Angel. Who ever owns this location should think about selling it. You are doing a terrible job. The landscaping is horrid and I’ve been to McDonald’s that are tidier than this. I’m shocked that Chic Fil a let’s this store continue to operate with all of the negative reviews and condition of the store. I won’t be back. Get with a real operator and see how they do it. There are lots of really successful locations in the area that you could learn a lot from. Figure it out and pull some of those weeds outside before it’s too late.
This has always been my favorite Chick-fil-A. The service, and the attitude of the employees have steadily gone downhill. They don't ask you if you want any sauces, or dressings for nuggets or salads anymore. Today, the girl in the Drive-Thru window, just about threw my food and drinks at me, then closed the window. I had to get her attention to ask for dressing and sauces.
This location really disappointed me in every single way , the service was horrible. I went to Drive Thru and Kenyonna the employee that took my order, she was very unpleasant and made me feel like I was making her life miserable, rolling her eyes when I was asking question about my Chick-Fil-A App; she doesn't know how the app works because she doesn't have one; that was her answer.I did order spicy sandwiches meal with large fry with Diet Dr Pepper, the food was cold; when I decided to check my order the large fry was a joke, attached picture for facts. I never felt so unhappy with Chick-Fil-A.Normally I go to Countryside location and everyone are very pleasant, kind, helpful and happy to see you."My Pleasure" was not even mentioned ones.Hope management pay attention this customer request for better the services. Stay away from here and safe your money for another location.
My husband and I went there yesterday evening and ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos. The food was almost cold. I went back to the front counter and complained about it. The young woman took the sandwich, apologized and shortly brought me new sandwich. should I mention that this sandwich was cold as well. I understand that the food can't be steaming hot, but cold?!. If I want cold food I would order a salat. There is no excuse for that. We had to pay $ 24 for cold food.Well another costumer who is not coming back.
The food was pretty good like most Chick-fil-A’s, but the main reason I’m giving the rating to this particular one is the DRIVE-THRU! It’s a very poor design. It’s way too small for the amount of customers coming in and out of the drive thru/parking lot. It’s very crowded during lunch peak hours. It’s very frustrating trying to exit this place bc of the overload of traffic. I wish they would of thought better on this drive thru design since they get alot of business. Another thing, we went for lunch and the person taking our order she was very rude when taking our lunch order, as if we had made her day bad. Yes, it’s hot here in Florida, but that doesn’t justify how you portray yourself to others especially if it’s your job to take orders whether it be inside the restaurant or outside.
Really good chicken, but this Chick-fil-a did not have staff outside and it took over 30 minutes to get to drive-thru window. I do wish they would bring back their chicken strips, the spicy ones just aren't the same as the original.
Went there today. Ordered 2 12 pice nuggets, a coke and a sprite. The 3rd order was a deluxe chicken sandwich combo coke was missing from order turned around and went back. Once we got home the entire meal was screwed up. All 3 combo meals were spicy. None of us can eat spicy food. Never the less it was a 30 minute trip back to this location so we ordered pizza instead. This location sucks and I will definitely never be back. If I could give it zero stars I would.
The manager bagging the food is very unprofessional her name is Hailey. Yelling at the kitchen for food not very good to her coworkers. Food was good but she needs to fix her attitude. Feel bad for whoever works with her
Stopped for the convenience of a quick bite, unfortunately it took way too long at the drive-thru overheard something about not knowing how to make a new menu item. Usually you're told about a delay and asked to pull into a space which is normally okay, this did not happen and with me at the lead the line soon backed up around the building to me. I made an decision for the greater good so with zero communication on their part I decided to drive off.I'm not mad just disappointed.
