I stopped here for lunch on the way home from work and got the Mother Cruncher and the Loaded Fries. I walked up to the service window to order and the person who took my order was polite but as I was walking away was told, sorry we are out of forks. Not sure how you run out of utensils and eating the fries loaded with the cheeses and ranch is not easy, pretty messy without a fork. Not the employees fault that are serving you, totally on management. The food was hot and very good, the sandwich was very tasty and the bun was very fresh.

Second Checkers in the area I drove to today. First didn’t have a lane open yet someone was inside working… Second no one was answering the windows as they had signs on the box that the microphone wasn’t working. My kiddo loves their fries, but I won’t be wasting time looking for another.

There is one thing that stands out above everything else concerning this particular location that I went to in St Petersburg. Whether this is a corporate store or a franchise the people in charge. Made a excellent decision in completely closing off one of the drive-through Lanes. That way whether they end up being shorthanded or fully staffed. The crew would be able to handle the rush and having one lane also helps to control the traffic. A good rule of thumb to go by ever since places started to reopen after the pandemic." If you find yourself in a rush and you are planning on going to a fast food place walk inside and get your food from inside. Because when you're in a rush and you go through the drive-thru you are going to cause the wait time to be longer without realizing it". The crew was spot-on and had a very awesome attitude. Remember to be polite and kind to your fast food worker because in the end that work crew controls what food you get. Have an awesome one checkers home of the best tasting french fries and cheese sticks on this side of the United States! The seasoning is outrageous!

Literally, waited 25 minutes just to order. All in all, it took 40 minutes for 'fast food'. The fries were cold, the drink had a few ice cubes... just blown away at how bad service was. THEY NEED TO PAY THEM TO CARE.

I went to this place late at night. And got to the drive thru they told me that my options were limited due to they had no inventory. So I ordered 3 burger and had to wait about 25 minutes for my food. Staff didn't seem to care at all.

I just went through the drive-through after a long night of work. I placed an order (2 for $6 fish meal), and asked if I could do a substitute for a bigger fry as I did not need or want a drink... I was told that it would not be possible.I was fine with being told no. That was not the problem...Because I was unable to receive the substitution I changed my order, (2 for $4 fish, JUST sandwiches).She obviously wasn't paying attention. After she took my money, she disappeared for an extended period of time and came back with a bag that way heavier than it should have been. Then it dawned on me the price she told me... I pointed out that the order was wrong and she gave me more attitude than food. Asking me WHEN I said 2 for $4?Told me I never said that" and more.Now I was going to hand it back, but I just wanted to be done with her and her attitude.Then she slammed the window and started to make all kinds of hand gestures, throwing her hands up all over the place, and pointing at her head with her hands and fingers as if I'M the one who has mental issues... This woman was a heavy set, black woman... With red or burgundy colored hair.Will NEVER go back to this place.

It was okay. The manager there was trying to get me to come back. As a result, I don't think I'll return. That was my first time ever going to checkers and definitely in my last The place was clean.......

This location never get my order right. I always get home and I'm missing an item. I just would like my order to be right from the cashier to my bag. This isn't a one off thing anytime I go through the drive through I have the same issue. It's a shame because it's the only one close to me.

So the manager there her name is Tiffany she does not like the employees today I went there to go get my meal and she told me I could not get a half price mail that I had to pay full price and if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else and I told her well I don't like it Maurice gives us half price meals she said you need to go somewhere else that's why you so hateful and we got into an altercation and she threw a glass of water at me will people are in the Drive-Thru she's not very professional at all not one bit

I ordered what was suppose to be a strawberry shake. Just by looking at it you can tell something is wrong with it. It is almost as red as the straw. It tastes funny also. Checkers strawberry shakes are light pink and have an amazing flavor. I get them a good amount so i know this taste and color of the shake i got is not checkers strawberry shake. I tried to call the location to ask and they are refusing to answer. You can clearly see by looking at the shake that there is something wrong so why even give this to a customer??? What kind of service is this??? Update. I tried to call a few more times and finally they picked up the phone but they did not say anything. I could hear someone breathing on the phone but no one was talking. I kept saying hello, but no responce and then they hung up. I called right back and this time they answered. I said i just came though and got a strawberry shake and there is something wrong it is bright red and it tastes funny. The lady got an attitude right away and said there is nothing wrong with the shake. We just put the mix in and that is how it came out, but it is fine. I said but there is something wrong because it taste weird. She said so what do you want and before i could answer she said you can come and get it replaced with whatever. I said i dont want anything. She again didnt let me finish and said so you want your money back i said yes and she said then you need to come back. I said i am already at home yet again before i could say anything else she started raising her voice and said we are busy i told you that you can have anything you want and if you want to come tomorrow ill leave a note and you can get anything you want tomorrow. I said no i want my money and yep before i could say anything again she said i already told you we are busy and i wont go back and forth with you. I said you wont let me finish talking to ask you something i said so i will ask you this question instead...are you franchise or cooperate and she yelled ma'am i wont go back and forth i said all i am asking is if you are cooperate or franchised and she yelled even louder and said ma'am and then mumbled something to someone in the background and hung up on me. I called the phone nunber on the bag and told them what happened. They offered me a "report" or 5.00 off anything the next time i go to checkers. I said i just want my money back at this point as i wont go back. The lady at the number said ok so you want a report. She said someone will call you back and she gave me a confirmation number and that was it. This lady that answered the phone at the actual location needs to not be working with customers if this is how she is with customers. She never let me finish talking, she yelled at me. Never once did i yell at her. Also they are watching the ice cream come out of the machine and go into the cup. They saw the color. You cant tell me she really thought that was ok to give it to me. Why when you see that on a shake would you not put my cup down and put a drop in another cup and taste it yourself to see if it was good. Or hand it to me and say it looks weird do you want to try it and see if the taste is ok. There are plenty of ways she could of handled this situation and she choose to ignore the nasty looking shake and then to yell at me. Really all i wanted was to see of i could get my money back and since i drive by that location everyday if i could get my money back the next day when i was driving by i could pull in there. I would of gladly put the shake in the freezer and brought it back to them also. I just was never given that chance to ask if that was ok. This lady should not be working in customer service and i wont be back to checkers if this is they type of people checkers wants to hire. I am posting a review on google, called the 800 number on the side of the bag, and am putting in a complaint here via their site and on fb and i NEVER post reviews, but I know from the 800 number this location is franchise and the owner needs to know he has employees giving them stuff you
