The workers tonight get me all half mozzarella sticks (after waiting 8mins with no one in line) then didnt answer as i was calling them back. Smdh stop playing with people food, if u dnt want to work dnt get that job.
We have gone twice now and both times the workers are miserable, give attitudes and just don’t care about how the represent their store.I work at a restaurant and I was so surprised they acted the way they did . I could NOT believe it, someone really needs to reevaluate their workers
I like the burgers but for some reason they weren't hot like normal, I love the fries here.
Absolutely zero customer service. You get your order taken by a robot and then the girl at the window doesn’t respond to “hey how are you?” Or “ thanks have a good day” the only words she spoke to me where the total. On top of that my fries were cold and not filled up. Won’t be coming here again

Food was good but staff was typical subpart Checkers employees. Couldnt put sauces in the bag but could make the food. Exactly what I expect from Checkers. A nice treat was the automated voice taking my order so I didn't have to deal with attitude on top of not receiving the sauce I asked for ?
Forgot my fry lovers as well as the staff is slow as ever had to wait on fresh tenders took forever soda also tasted like tonic water won’t return I want my two missing burgers after that never again
Slow/Rude/Dry Buford burger and cold/fries were oil soaked and the coke was watered down , never again at this location! Go to Ulmerton/49 location!
Good deals, cheap for family size fast food boxes& chicken is good.BUT they always have the grumpiest slowest staff I've EVER had to deal with in my life. It's a shame too, cus otherwise it'd be great. It's their employees that ruin the Checkers name.
Such a shame that this place went downhill fast. No ice cream or pies this night. Someone left a funny sticker on the sign which we thought was perfect!!!
