Have to say first of all the Bartender was Great!! (Brady) He gets 5 Stars. As for as the Chicken Wings I ordered is another story. It was quite obvious that the chicken winds were NOT freshly cooked. WHY is it that all these restaurants that serve chicken wings can't cook them to order it only takes 10 to 15 minutes to cook chicken wings. If I go back I will ask to have Freshly cooked chicken wings.
The food has been terrible the past few times, and I doubt I'll be back. Even something as simple as chips and queso was messed up. Over/undercooked chips and (very) runny cheese. Almost like water. Great place to watch a game and drink. Just eat before you go. Disappointed several times now.

Service was unreasonable for having to wait almost 20 minutes just to be greeted. this is outrageous! next time cook your burgers with less grease and mustard and I think we will change this review. also workers need way more common sense and training. have a great evening yall!
After spending the Sunday evening at St. Pete pier we were looking for a dinner place. We were a group of 6 people and we decided to have the dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were greeted by our server Victor with menus, water and chips with queso. The chips and queso were delicious and great. After browsing through the menu we decided to order Large Onion Rings along with the 30 chicken wings with Parmesan Garlic and Thai curry. The service was great and we got our order in 15-20 mins. The chicken wings and onion rings both were great and the food was delicious. Loved our dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings.
I'm leaving this review for many different reasons.1. The food was great!2. The customer service was horrible!The General manager (Jess) was completely unprofessional.The young man that took our order who did not write a single thing down placed it completely wrong... (Jess) sent the server back to our table after we had begun eating and requested 1/2 of the order back to throw away instead of simply letting us have it. While talking with her she made the comments more than once that other people come and try to get free food. I'm a bit offended by the way Jess compared us to other people. The bottom line is I ordered 10 pieces and was brought 20 and while trying to enjoy our meal with my daughter who is leaving to go back to Illinois. It was a complete and very unprofessional experience as well as wrong in so many ways taking food from my plate to thow in the trash!!! The manager blamed US for the server/kitchen mistake of putting an order for 20 wings when I clearly stated when I ordered I only wanted 10 wings. The discrimination I experienced at this establishment from Jess is completely unacceptable and I will be contacting the correct managerial person to to solve my issue. I was simply trying to have a nice dinner and intended on paying for what I ordered NOT trying to steal food as Jess stated to me I was trying to do. So if any one who is looking for a unprofessional environment and a staff who rather throw food away then to have happy customers leave the establishment. Look no further!!
Good prices, okay food. It is what you would expect at an establishment like this. If you order the boneless wings naked (no sauce), they have a good crunch & flavor. Hands down the best thing on the menu. Some of the sauces taste, meh... I don't recall ever saying, 'man that's the beast sauce' at this place. Onion rings are cooked to perfection though. Those are always good here. Chicken and O-rings, my recommendations. If you are looking for a place to watch the game/fight, they have plenty of flat screens, great outdoor eating area. Service is a bit sparse since COVID. But they still make things happen. There is a clear difference between poor service, and slow service caused by lack of staffing, or someone called in sick. Every time I have been served here, the service is definitely at a 5 star level. Kudos to the Host/server who helped us last night. A guy named Victor. This guy was running the show last night, pretty much running everywhere he went, checked in on us three times in the 1 hour we were there. And he hustled while always having a smile on his face. Victor is the reason I'm scoring this place a 5 stars. Otherwise, it would have been a solid 4. But goes to show you what service can do. It makes the experience memorable enough for people to write reviews. I salute the Victors of the world.
I stopped at b dubs today. I sat myself at the bar and played on my phone. I got there at 1:42 and no one was at the bar and no one seemed to care about the bar area. Finally a gentleman next to me that wanted a shot yelled hey can we get a bartender and then 5 employees walked out of the kitchen smiling and at 1:50 and after they took other orders that had been waiting a lot less order, I finally was helped at 1:51 9 minutes after sitting down. Our server was great but wings...? Not so much. Salty-ass Curry wings, WAY too salty. Over cooked cauliflower bites. Mac and NO cheese. Nachos were tasty and they did replace the 10 Curry wings with a fresh order of a different flavor. Again, the service was great. Maybe I'M being salty... lol...or maybe this place just isn't for us.
