Nice place, good food, great dessert- hot cookie with ice cream
Its been years since I've been to BJ's. I decided to order what I know. I ordered the panko crusted chicken and a lemon drop drink. I didn't like the lemon drop so my waitress Valarie had it removed. Valarie was nice, prompt and always reachable. Great service!! We also had the ribs & tri-tip. The BBQ sauce was delicious so we ordered more sauce for dipping. The only thing I would change is the black pepper on the ribs. It is a bit overwhelming but still good food. Glad I finally made it back. P.S. please, please please bring back the smores pizooki.
Great staff! Friendly and they all went above and beyond. Sarah was taking care of us and other members of the team brought out food while Sarah was tending to other customers. They were all exceptional and we will definitely return!
The server/bartender NEVER ran any of our food -- she stayed socializing behind the bar with some other serverthroughout the whole visit. She ignored us, several times I made eye contact trying to get another drink ordered or lether know we needed something. She'd just smile and break eye contact and continue her social conversations. I amstressing the importance of this because I felt completely ignored, drinks took more than 5 minutes, our appetizerwas delayed by more than 5 unnecessary minutes (based on a normal 10-12min delivery expectation, based on howslow service was and how many servers were standing around chatting), and our entrees took more than 20 minutesfrom the time we ordered to be set down on the table, and all we ordered was a flatbread and medium rare,precooked slice of beef. There was absolutely no reason for the delays we experienced other than theinattentiveness of the bartender who made it clear customers were NOT her priority. Again, no managers were seenwalking around the dining rooms or engaging with customers. There was one guy who looked like a manager thatkept coming out behind the bar to count things on a chart, but he paid no mind to the service his staff was providinghis guests. After I let the server know I was upset with the food being overcooked, delayed, and her service felt like itwas lacking, only then did a manager appear: Kyle, the kitchen manager, who came out arms folded expecting todeal with some cranky customers (yes, that's the attitude I felt from this kid), and listen to me complain aboutwhatever. I tried to explain to him that I felt like the food being dry was not the kitchen's fault, that the bartender hadbeen socializing and ignoring us the entire visit. His response: "well, I can't really do anything about it right now whileeveryone is working, I can't embarrass her." I told him I understand, but since he was there, I was letting him knowwhat was going on out here, because he had offered to remake the food. I declined. They removed the mistake mealbut made no attempt to resolve any of the other issues
The food was excellent, our party had sandwiches, salads and burgers, all were excellent. Our waitstaff was above average, attentive and pleasant. The cost of the lunches was average for the area. Would come back again.
Pretty disappointed in this experience. I’ve ordered from here through UberEats (delivery) multiple times and get particular portion sizes. I ordered through UberEats (pickup) and the portion size was significantly smaller than when I had it delivered. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they just told me I was wrong and this was the correct portion size. Not worth the $14 I spent when I have to get something else to eat to be full. I would not have ordered this meal had I known the “accurate” portion size.
Bathrooms were clean, service was great, and the food was amazing. I asked to add a spicy chicken breast to my burger and they did it. Don't knock it till you try it ?
It was our first time there (myself and granddaughter) and it was so good we have placed it on our “go to place”!
Hadn't been there for a while it used to be better. The food tasted reheated in a microwave. The beer tasted sour. I don't plan on going back.
My parents went in for dinner & were so happy with their service. They were not sure what they wanted to eat but luckily Bj's has a great menu with a lot to choose from. My mom had the power bowl with grilled salmon, and my dad had the Parm crusted chicken. they got Togo pizzas as well that also looked amazing. I was very happy to receive the feedback and wanted to share.
