I ordered from this store off Uber eats, and the food that I received was DISGUSTING! I almost threw up, I got the chicken tenders off the kids menu and 3 slices of pizza… the pizza was cold and old! And the chicken was not cooked! I did order this 40 minutes before they closed, this leads me to believe they didn’t care for the quality of the food because I ordered so late! It was so disgusting, the only good part of my meal was the cheese cake and that’s frozen I’m pretty sure! It’s sad too cause I love this place…
Got more than half of my Uber eats order wrong. From missing items to making items wrong. On a $100 dollar order only one pizza was prepared correctly. Everything else was either missing out had to be thrown out.
The pizza was very good, hot and fresh. The garlic knots were both crispy and soft the way they should be. The reason I gave 1 star less is because my chicken croquettes were still cold in the center BUT they did recook them & added 1 extra for the inconvenience. I will definitely try them again.
Walked in and ordered just garlic knots and truffle fries. Took about thirty minutes to receive the order.Truffle fries were missing all seasonings and undercooked. Ended up being just potatoes and oil. No salt, no parmesan, no truffle oil, no chives. 1/10Garlic knots are dry and a little stale. Almost no seasoning as well. 2/10 just because the marinara dipping sauce was decent.Even without pizza in the order, I definitely cannot recommend this place due to complete lack of care for quality and service speed
Pizza awesome, with perfect crust. Tried five cheese pizza, very flavorful. Steak sub supreme with fries great, even though bread soft from condensation of fries. Over all taste on point. Advertisment states free delivery but when attempting to order wouldn't deliver 1 mile away where I live. If I was able to post a picture I would food was very good price
Excellent pizza. Very tasty, thin crust had a nice bite and toppings were generous! Great service. The only drawback was their selection of beer is minimal and who doesn’t like a nice cold one of something with more personality than bud or mic with a hot fresh pizza once in a while? They did say they were working on bringing in a new selection of beer. Yay!
Superb discovery! I am delighted to have discovered this pizzeria, the crust NY style is excellent, it is well stocked, with quality products. I particularly recommend the Meat Lover.Continue like this, I can't wait to come back!
Oh my goodness! this place is heaven for me. I love their really good, puffy and freshly baked Garlic Parm Rolls, a real treat. I really appreciate the Margherita and Prosciutto & Arugula pizza. they are excellent, well served. the crust is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I could die for one of these pizzas!
ZERO STARS!!!!! This place actually served this rotten meat. It was take out and didn't discover it until we got home. Drove the sandwich back and they refused to refund or make it right. Had to go back the next day and the owner was RUDE and NEVER apologized. When shown the pic he said there was nothing wrong with the meat and it could have been eaten. BAD FOOD and even WORSE owner. He only refunded the sandwich and not the meal. NEVER eats there! NEVER
Have been away for a year found out fortunato was sold. I love pizza so the only reason I give this one star is the crust was pretty good. Service sucked. The pizza plain cheese was so greasy Thai had to blot napkins on it.
