Extremely rude managementParked for a few minutes (I know it was a few minutes because I sent a text as soon as I parked and the text said 5min) after driving all night for Uber.I had no idea where I was and my 5G was lagging for a moment as it does occasionally after running Uber/ Lyft GPS.Not bothering anyone, windows up, car running, fully intended to step inside the store to buy a few snacks and get some fuel.A manager came out of the store motioning for me to roll my window down.The look on his face and his attitude you would have thought I had been sleeping there in the parking lot for hours or yelling obscenities.He told me to leave and I couldn't park there, and then motions to his phone as if he's about to call the police.I'll never make the mistake of stopping at this store again.
THIS GAS STATION DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. I WAITED FOR 3 MINUTES AFTER 6AM TO CASH IN A LOTTERY TICKET AND THE GUY STARTED HOLLERING AT ME...THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO LOAD ITS TOO EARLY SO GO WAIT.... THERE IS A WAY TO TALK TO SOMEONE, NO EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE YELLING AT A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT. IRONICALLY THE EMPLOYEE GREATED THE 2 OTHER PEOPLE THAT ENTERED THE STORE WHO WERE NOT BLACK OR BROWN..I DEFINITELY WONT GIVE THIS GAS STATION MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN.
I think it's funny how half of these bad reviews are from people who either got caught stealing or always caused and issue. I work here full time and I love it, and to all the loyal customers who give us great reviews please continue to come back.
No matter the time I visit, or who is working at the time,, it seems as if you're an inconvenience at this supposed convenient store. I only go there if I absolutely have to.
The owner manager or whoever he is thinks that everybody's stealing there, and we'll make a huge scene only to find out that he's completely wrong (in fact couldn't be any more wrong with the item in my hand and a $20 bill in my hand as well)! I make four to $800 a night bartending I don't need to steal $2 item!! 7-Eleven in Mobile should be absolutely horrified to have this store if that's even what you want to call it represent their nam! They need to clean house and get rid of everybody in there and start over!! All these reviews clearly it's not us that's the problem!!
The owner really needs to look at these reviews and fire the manager there unless that was the manager that I dealt with. Whoever it was, was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude 7-Eleven should be ashamed to even call this one of their stores! I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that thinks so I believe every review this store has is HORRIBLE! They really need to clean house at this store will never be going back and we'll definitely be sharing my experience with friends and family to not go here!!
Owner has had a problem with me for months now. Was super cagey with my ID, singled me out time and time again for having a bike and backpack (I refuse to pay for a car, gas and insurance in this economy) and today he made a scene over me trying to buy water and had me trespassed. I always did my best to be compliant and pleasant, but nothing was good enough for this dude.
Terrible store. Dirty and poorly stocked. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Worst 7/11 I’ve ever been to.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST 711, BETTER YET.. CONVENIENT STORE IN GENERAL!!!! COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND NO REGARDS TO ANYTHING….WHILE HOLDING MY 1 YEAR OLD SON, THE MANAGER RATHER GOES BACK AND FOURTH WITH A WOMAN(ME), THAN TO MAKE SURE THE SHELVES ARE STOCKED !! PRIORITIES ARE ALL THE WAY TWISTED, AND THEY SHOULD REALLY BE ASHAMED OF THE MANY COMPLAINTS , AND MIS TREATMENT THAT (US) CUSTOMERS GET, JUST BY SHOPPING IN THIS STORE. THEY DEFINITELY READ BOOKS BY THE COVER AND THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS 1.8 STAR 711!!!LOOK AT HOW MY FOOD WAS EVEN PACKAGED…. LIKE I HAVE NEVER !!!
Cashier was either incompetent or tried to steal from me. Took in a winning scratch off ticket($40), cashier scanned it and told me it was for $10. I told her that was impossible because it was a $20 scratcher. She walked back over to the machine and said oh yeah, it was for $20. I told her I think that is incorrect and to check again. She got a print out and said no, it is $20. I again said you are incorrect, bring the ticket and I will show you. She grabbed the print out again and said oh yeah, it is $40. May have been a mistake, but seemed suspicious to me. Wont be returning.
