I paid for two extra sauce packs, they gave me no extra sauce. I paid for a large drink but they stuffed it to the top with ice so i only got a small drink. No napkins, no plastic for the coleslaw, only two of my fries had any seasoning.... I wasn't in a bad mood before this.
Asks for Buffalo sauce on my chicken strips but the gave my garlic Buffalo sauce asked for a remake she told me to pull up. it took 30 minutes to toss some chicken strips and buffalo sauce eight cars had came in and came out and I’m still sitting there waiting for my food soon as I was about to go in and ask for a refund she walked out it shouldn’t take that long if you have somebody pulled up you should get the order out first before you take new orders bad customer service. especially in Pensacola heat
Service was okay not busy at all . but food could have been better it wasn't fresh , soggy fries and hard chicken tenders then asked for honey mustard and seemed like i was asking for too much . only thing good was the sweet tea.
Cobb salad was very lacking not much love here. Small portions, missing ingredients with an expensive price tag I’ll stick with Foosacklys.

My experience was bad. On March 15,2022 around 4pm I ordered a salad for 9.99 plus tax. The young man took my $20.00 laugh shut the window and then rush me my food and said have a good day. I drove off and then realized he didn’t gave me my receipt or change! I turn around went back thru the drive through and ask for my change back. He said come to the window…… he never apologized and kept asking how much I gave him, I said I got time for you to count your draw. He asked for a key from the manager. The manager was so dirty looking coming from behind the food area… that I lose my appetite. They both smile and whisper to each other, which put in my mind that they did this on purpose. The manager didn’t address me or say he apologize for the mistake. You got to watch these cashiers. I will never go back!
I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, 20 minutes before the advertised closing time on the sign visible by the road and signs on each door as well as google to be told that they closed at 8:30 tonight. I would recommend taking down that advertisement that’s visible by road if employees are able to shut down early. Maybe also change the signs on the door that say we will be closing at 9 PM every night until further notice too we will be closing due to volume until further notice. This was extremely disappointing, for what was supposed to be a great dinner ending to a 7 Hour Drive.
Their food is so good and the service is so friendly. It's very reliable and the salad portions are huge. You really get a lot of food for your money there. Highly recommend
Not a good Day with our order. Ordered Buffalo wing meal and a Cobb salad with drinks for 21.00. Left restaurant and saw we did not have wing meal which should have been toast. Fries. Celery sticks and ranch dressing. I go back , sit in long line get fries and toast. I get home - not ranch or celery sticks. But wait there is more - no dressing for salad . Manager says he will make this right but for today nothing did salad. Zaxby’s you are better than this!
