I went through the drive thru. The food was OK. By the time I got home the bread was rubbery and I couldn't eat it. They should pack it separately from the hot fries. The cheese bites were fresh and delicious.
Good spot. Usually quick, polite, and the food is fresh. I've been here multiple times and no negative experiences.
Food tasted like the oil has not been changed in a long time. Ordered the teryiaki sauce for my boneless wings and it tasted just like soy sauce only. Will possibly try again to make sure they were not just having a bad day.
I went through the drive thru. I ordered the chicken tenders dipped in BBQ sauce. When I received my order my tenders weren't dipped in sauce, they were fried. I told the person at the window. She asked for my order back. I told her that was unsanitary. She did hold on. She went to the back to ask someone. She came back to the window and said "they said they are gonna make the whole order over and asked for me to hand her the food again. I handed it to her. This is extremely unsanitary even prior to Covid. She then brings me back what seems to be the same order but with the tenders dipped in sauce this time. It was the same food. I am disgusted. No food should ever go back through the window and especially not mixed with other food
This place is so slow. Almost 35 minutes to get one simple lunch. They need hire more people or some.
Awful service and completely incompetent staff. Waited over 25 minutes only to find that nobody even started working on in house orders, while a few cooks leaned on tables while playing on their phone. Conversations between staff were inappropriate and very loud. The manager seemed defeated and didn’t even care that his crew was completely unprofessional. I had to just get a refund and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend hiring anyone under the age of 25 for anything, ever.
Hour long wait today in drive thru. It’s always a long wait but an hour at 2pm is ridiculous. Really never seen anything like it. By far worst zaxbys in the country.
I’m sure this is a great place to eat but I walked in (never here before) and I first noticed nothing but kids. One tried to point out that a customer was inside. They all disappeared then one returned. It seemed no one knew what to do. Awkward if you don’t order online. :( I just left.
The overpriced choice for chicken in the local area, but it's popular and as a door dasher I can vouch for that. And they take every opportunity to replace all 'S' with 'Z'.
Friendly staff and good food but they get my order wrong half the time and they still are not taking counter orders despite the COVID-19 pandemic calming down and having enough staff to handle orders.
