I work for a delivery service. I will no longer accept an offer to pick up from this store. It's never started until you arrive, and the kids working are always goofing off while you wait and lose money!
I was surprised with how good the chicken wings were. I ordered lemon pepper wings and fried mushrooms, and they were Delicious! I'm so happy I found a good nearby wing place!
Absolutely filthy! 3 young guys running the place and all 3 we're on their phone when we walked in and then on their phone when we left. Floor hadn't been touched in a week it looked like. Tables (tried 3 different ones) were sticky. Drink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned and the kitchen area was bad enough that we didn't eat what we bought. Not to mention the ac wasn't working. I don't know who the owner is, but he needs to address things like this. I use to love this place and thought they had the absolute best wings. Now I'm not sure if I'll ever be back.
I have had the absolute WORST experience ever on today!!!! I ordered two large fries for both my my wing combos and neither one was fully cooked. The fries were so so so soggy and soft. I was not even given the correct dipping sauce for my wings. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager the so called manager got on the phone and he sounded just like a high school student and not an adult. He agreed to replace my entire meal. The young girl at the counter at first refused to replace the entire meal so I had her call the manager that I had spoken with (he was nowhere in the restaurant but at home I guess) and he had to make her replace the entire meal. So the replacement meal still had fries that were not fully cooked and the right size drinks where not replaced correctly. The girl working the front counter is clearly a child and not an adult. Too many children are running this restaurant and no owner/adult is nowhere to be found. This is not how a business is supposed to be ran especially if the business plan on being opened for a really long time.
Ordered for delivery through waitr. The order was delivered quickly through Waitr with no issues. None of the dipping sauces were sent with the order, several of the food items were cold, the bacon on one of the burgers was still raw, the mild wing sauce was flavorless, and we didn’t receive sides for any kids meals. Upon calling the restaurant, they advised we could pick up the missing items or make a complaint with Waitr. They denied that they were at fault and refused any type of attempt to make the situation right. Will definitely not be ordering again.
I called and placed my order at 5:33PM and double checked that she heard my order correctly because the last time I went they gave me barbque wings instead of Buffalo. I asked how long it would be until it was ready and she replied 15 minutes. I knew from previous experience it would be a lot longer than that. I got there at about 6:15 and I asked the guy at the counter if they started my food yet and he said yes, they wait to put the sauce on when the customer arrives and I didn't get my food until 6:43. I had requested my wings be extra extra crispy and wet and they were neither. With the length of my wait, my wings should have been perfect. I am so disappointed about my last 2 experiences there because they USED to be the best wings on this side of town and I won't be going back ?
They charge $23 for a 15 piece boneless chicken wings meal, charge extra for the sauce if you request it on the side instead of on the wings and then give you only half the amount of chicken you paid for.
The girl at the front was very nice , but….#1 The food was very bland with no flavor ??#2 My order took almost 40 minutes for the food to be ready from the time of order and no one was inside the restaurant.#3 My grilled chicken was undercooked as well.In summary…This place is very overpriced for poor quality food and very slow service.I do not recommend this restaurant.1 ?
The worst wings and grizzards ever. Will not go back. Horrible food and expensive.
The wings were hard/chewy and the sauce they poured over the wings was very cold. We ate inside. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I will likely give the place another try sometime.
