The wings are over cooked tough and dry. The spices and sauces are good tho.

GREAT FOOD! GREATER SERVICE! Today's visit did not disappoint.

They have a lot of variety - the Spicy Korean Q was my favorite, followed by the hot honey rub. Garlic Parmesan was good, about the same as most wing places. The Hawaiian was not - it tasted like cinnamon apples but is described as island citrus with rich Asian flavors. The service was friendly and helpful, and made a couple changes for us after we paid and realized we made a mistake. We got carrots and celery with our wings!!! It’s been a long time since I got carrots with my wings.I still want to try mango habanero, Cajun, hot lemon, bayou bbq, and Louisiana rub. This is going to be a must go to whenever I visit my son.

Customer beware: this store uses DoorDash as a delivery (even when you order through their website). Didn't receive our order after 1+40mins, so I called. They confirmed the food had been picked up. I mentioned it wasn't delivered. They told me to contact DD. I don't have a DD account, nor had I interacted with DD. I asked the store if they could create a new order and they told me I could come pick it up. I paid for delivery and asked them to just retry, please? After 2+15min, I got a notification that the order had been cancelled. Waste of my time. I hope someone enjoyed their free wings.

The chicken wings didn't taste that good.The wings didn't taste freshly made, they tasted like they had been sitting for awhile.The service was slow.The only thing that did taste good were the french fries.

Absolutely terrible! My friend and I ordered here and they forgot half our order and our chicken was cold with no sauce or seasoning.. I called to tell them about my missing food which was the worst experience ever by the way with these food ordering companies like Uber and door dash I guess they use separate companies entirely just to order the dam food!! So it’s like you have to call all three companies to make any real progress about an incorrect order or refund so this is I guess a separate complaint against all of the companies really because you have to call the company that delivered the wrong food and then the food making company in this case wing zone and then the company that delivers the food like for example Uber foods or door dash and after making contact with all three you have to call the food company back to let them know that you talked to the ordering company and driving company then call back the driving company after you get the food making company to remake the order and let them know when to pick it up and this is an ongoing processs of like twelve calls to get a refund it’s getting a little redundant but you get the point so after fifteen calls the food shows up again the food we received was incorrect!! Lol ????

Ordered through the app, thought I could tip on there but couldn't, then I go in and I assume since I couldn't tip they were mad, come home and half my order isn't in the bag. No point in calling these days, as you just get them even more mad..... happy Juneteenth

Super rude manager working 5/26 evening. My order was messed up was for my kids so they were upset. Called the location said they messed up my order manager angry said with a sigh " bring in your receipt and we can help you" then just hangs up! I call back right away ask why he hung up on me said he has a line of customers. like me as a current and long time customer was not important. Awful customer service he's lucky my kids were next to me I would give him a ear full!Update: not only did they mess up my order the big pieces of chicken was raw see photo! Going to contest with my bank.

The food is great that's why they got a three stars, however while taking these pictures and videos, I don't plan on ever getting an individual like I'm not videotaping an individual I'm taking just a scenery picture and spending around and it just so happened that there were people in the picture, and when they saw that they asked me why I was recording I said it was for Google reviews, which they inform me that I do not have their consent. Now if I am in your home I have to have your consent if you're having a private conversation on the telephone I can't ease drop, however if you are in a public place there is no expectation of privacy I can record you all day long and just stand there facing you and recording you for as long as I want because there is no expectation of privacy in a public place I do not have to have your permission nor will I ask for your permission. They were going to sue me if I posted their pictures lol .. not posting this out of spite because I'm posting this because I am a Google reviewer, I can assure you you have no expectation of privacy you do not get privacy if you're in a public place, and a public area anything my eyes can see I can video record if you don't want something seen then you have to hide it from public eye if you do not want to be recorded then do not come out in public ever again because you have no expectation of privacy in public
