This place is disgusting. Idk if they put sugar on our fries on purpose or if that is a normal thing but that was completely gross. The wings didn't really have any flavor just tasted like old nasty grease.If you call in or order online don't believe when they say it will be ready in 15 to 20 min. It took them almost 45 min to get it ready and I waited inside for 30 of it. People were coming in ordering, eating and leaving while I was still waiting.I will never come back to this place or any other wingstops.
Overall great wings certain time they never answer the phone only issue you can be sitting in the parking lot calling and they are not busy and will not answer the phone

The food is wonderful. Two stars is for the service.We were headed to a movie and had an hour to kill. We decided to grab some wings. We placed our order. It seems it was just before shift change. Our order was taken. After 30 minutes of waiting I went back to the counter. We had gotten there at 10 after 4, it's now 4:40 and the movie is at 5. Kudos to the asst manager that had walked in to the previous shift doing half of their job. I asked for a refund which he gladly gave. Not only that but gave us our food also. The day shift was horrible, nice, but horrible. They cooked our wings and left. One guy made his food, came out and ate it beside us, finished and left. They literally had to only toss them in the sauces and give them to us, but decided to leave it for someone else to do. The asst manager works at the new one on 9 mile road...visit there if you want Wingstop wings.
Ordered online, showed up and barely had any wait at all! The food is why I am reviewing..it was INCREDIBLE! They hooked us up and everyone was so nice. Will be back soon!
LITERALLY WAITED 30 MINS AND WATCHED PEOPLE WHO CAME IN AFTER ORDER BIGGER ORDERS AND LEAVE BEFORE ME. Makes no damn sense at all. Wont be going back. Literally whole lobby cleared with me being the last one
Fast and convenient, but does not always mean excellent. Could use a few things like dinner room trash can. A smile at the front counter would go a long way. I get its hot, trying work. But it is food service , smile your day might be as bad as the guy/gal getting those wings.
Ordered 15 boneless wings which were overcooked and sitting in a huge pool of grease. Needless to say I threw away the food and went to their competitor. I won't be coming here again.
Loved the cashier here. Very welcoming and personable. Wings are on the spot too.
I placed an order for 40 wings while in route to the restaurant. The wait wasn't unreasonable and the workers were pleasant.
