Not only was my spicy sweet bacon burger phenomenal but the service workers were outstanding. The cashier recommended the burger, suggested not to put mustard on it since it changed the flavor, brought our food to us, checked on us multiple times, were courteous and downright friendly. Thank you to the front line staff, cooks, and the cleaning guy who offered to get take home bags for our leftovers without us asking. I wish I'd asked for their names. In today's world it's difficult to find wonderful customer service like this. KUDOS!!!!
drive-through is always quick there’s a reason that there’s a line a lot of times because they do it right.But a week and a half ago I made the mistake of going inside. There was only a couple of people in there. I stood at the counter I got looked at by three different employees nobody open their mouth nobody said anything. I left that’s a managerial problem. And I have really liked this Whataburger better than the others. Maybe I should start using the one on Fairfield

Love their fish sandwich!Their reputation precedes them.Update on post. I might should remove some of those stars. They removed the healthier fish option and an employee in Pace said someone who's new in upper management decided fish took too long in drive-thru. Bah!Now, my aunt (at age 88, fish was her favorite) and I must change our favorite lunch/dinner spot.Disappointed diner.
A restaurant is only as good as the employees that work there. I love whataburger but certain ones in town aren't that great. Not so for this one. The employees are top notch and my orders are always correct. I'll drive out of my way to order from the whataburger on Pensacola and Boone. Thank you for your awesome service.
The worst whataburger in florida. The slowest whataburger in florida. Ghetto staff, ghetto managnent, no work ethic or respect for paying customers. The management needs to be replaced so the staff can be organized and retrained. I've never waited so long at a whataburger as I do here. 40 minutes trapped in a drive thru is ridiculous.
The food is pretty good. It was my first time eating at a whatburger. I like how they use mustard. The customer service was good in this location. They were fast for how busy they were
It is always good for a fast meal. Love their onion rings. Our order though was lettuce, tomato & mayo only on our jr cheeseburger but had lots of mustard on it. Would have been better without but ate it anyways.
We ran in for just fries . ? perfect. Maybe we got lucky but I hope not. And they were packed in the drive thru but still my son walked In and out fast. The fries were hot and salty and perfect. Thanks whataburger
Burgers were dry and the Fry's had been under the heat lamp way too long. The last couple of visits to Whatabuger have been very disappointing, this is my last visit there, lost another long time customer.
