Go somewhere else or you will wait foreeeeeever. Ordered one sandwich and a shake in the drive thru... Waited 30 minutes before I ever got to the window, then food was still not ready, had to pull up to spots to wait some more.No apologies, sorry for your wait... Nothing
I ordered my food online and I arrive and nobody has a clue where my food is. Oh wait, we found it and it'll be 20 minutes. People order online for convenience. Seems like a lot of people walking around behind the counter with no purpose. AVOID!
I ordered 2 different meals. Both were special orders. Everything was exactly the way I ordered them usually when I go to one of the fast food restaurants not calling any names but McDonald's is never right always wrong everything was great freshly made not warmed up like some of the other places everyone was friendly treated me very well everything was prepared and the employees were very friendly and everyone greeted with a smile I probably will continue going there and not the other not mentioned restaurants
I love Whataburger's. . Been my choice of a burger more than 50 years. Always treat everyone with friendly attitude. Thanks
Food was good. Wait time was forever. Confused over all the fuss for this burger. It was good, but it was just like a sonic burger.
The food is good and yummy but the services is very slow I suggest to get more people coz this place is packed specially in the evening.It's all time fav of the local and visitors here in Pcola.We do the dine in it was like an hour of waiting and I wave the waiter for our # coz their some other people get their orders than us.. well its a nice experience.As I observed the people behind us when get their order coz they said it's for take out while we dinning in waits like for an hour for the regular whataburger with cheese.This is amazing fast food however work on your way of each line by line.
Bro I have not had food smack this hard when I was tired. It was like 9:00 at night and after a while outside. I was half awake. And I walk into this place and this one cashier was so kind. And dealt with us (it was my first time at this restaurant) got a burger, fries, and a shake. Was really good. Would give 6 stars but not an option. The guy working the cash register. His name was Alex. Kindest dude ever. Quick with the food to and happy to help at any time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could give this place a zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Katelyn at drive thru window needs to learn how to drive thru. Didn’t let us speak just cut us off at the box. Took ages to receive the food let alone any type of communication with the drive thru window which was Katelyn. She did a HORRIBLE job. I don’t care how late it is when you work at drive you should know how to talk to customers and be able to fake it through. I’ve done drive thru for many years and I’d love to school her on how drive should be done. Worst service ever. Will not be going there again.
I loved it, the food is so good! I felt like i was in hevean, eating almost every food, the flavor is truly magnificent! I felt like i was in hevean along with other fast food restaurants?
Friendliest Whataburger yet. Big burgers and well seasoned French fries. Looking forward to trying a Dr. Pepper milkshake one of these days.
