Very Friendly staff. They even know the regulars by name. Very accomodating. My picky 8 year old likes to order his own food and in a particular way too. The staff is very patient with him and makes sure he gets what he wants.

Most Waffle Houses are the same. Go in, order, eat, leave. This one doesn't have high turnover and the employees have fun cracking jokes amongst themselves. More entertaining than just trying to figure out the secret codes they use. Cleanliness? You won't find a drop of water, or even a sign of a previous drop. It's obviously managed right. Hard to find.
Worst experience. The servers were so rude and told us we couldn’t sit with more than 5 people but I was here last week with 9 peopleOverall very upset. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.
I know it’s a Waffle House but seriously? Called to put in an order twice and had no answer. Thought they were too busy so I came up. Saw four employees sitting around in an empty restaurant. The person who checked me out for my to-go order, Aspen, was extremely rude. I saw her pick up a phone call from another customer and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to her. Got my order and it ended up being incorrect. Again, I know it’s a Waffle House but this is ridiculous.
Beware of the black beard!!!! He sneezed all over the waffle station as I was waiting for my to go order. Granted he was wearing a mask but with that much facial hair it was obvious that the mask wouldn't be efficient.Absolutely disgusting....
Service was exceptional. Our server, I forgot your name I’m sorry ):, was fantastic. It was the best customer service I’ve received in weeks!! The cook did an exceptional job as well, our food was cooked wonderfully. These two did a great job, we were there March 2nd around 7:30pm, and I hope these two get some praise for how kind and welcoming they are!!
I can never say enough about Waffle House. The staff is always super friendly. Excellent food.
My favorite Waffle House in Pensacola! It's kinda cold inside but it's nothing to bring a sweater. The cooks would be roasting if it was warm. The team is attentive, the food and service is great. They have a great banter going on with themselves.
