Had an amazing time!!! My family and I came in and received excellent service!!! Mary did an amazing job, and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the food, and the Cook's kind-hearted nature!!! Loved it!
I will not eat here anymore it's not good I got egg shells on my sandwich but I didn't order anything with eggs so not sure how that happened the bacon wasn't cooked all the way an my hash browns were so greasy then the last time I ordered the steak sandwich it just didn't taste right it was a sour taste I ate not even the half of the sandwich an ended up sick so no thank you never again..
I'm from Birmingham AL. And the waffle houses that are in my local area are decent, but you usually never get any good customers service. I just assumed that's how all waffle houses were till I came to this one. I'm just in town for July 4th weekend and I was blown away by the customer service. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly employee who also showed us all available seats. (Which has never happened in Birmingham, your lucky if they say hi) the food came out quick and the over all experience was by far the best I've ever had and a waffle house restaurant.

Just had the most pleasant experience at this Waffle House. We were greeted immediately with smiles and felt so welcomed. The food was great and exactly as we ordered, even with specific requests. Gina and Pepper were super friendly. We will definitely be back!!
We visited waffle House while on our trip to Pensacola to see my son in the Marines stationed at the naval Air station. The waffle House was crowded but we did have a seat. The food was very good. We were all pleased. I believe I had the All American which had toast, eggs, grits, sausage. One son had the All-American like I did and one son had hash browns with chili and ham. An odd dish for breakfast but he loves it.
Best waffle house yet. Sonya,nichole,quimaine are absolutely wonderful. Desiray is awesome as wellThe food was cooked perfectly. Service was outstanding. Every other waffle house should strive to be this exceptional. Restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere.
In town visiting family & a wedding. Stopped by since it was close to our hotel. Walked in, no one greeted us. Half the tables where dirty, along qith the lower bar where we wanted to sit since it was 5 of us. We asked a lady with dread s if she could clean the bar off & she says can't yall sit at a booth. Ih, excuse me?! No, we want to sit here. She cleans the bar off & sets our utensils & menus down. She walks off & takes over 10min to come back to take our drink orders. We asked to place our meal as well due to not knowing how long it would take for her to come back. Order gets in, she says she's going to grab our drinks. That took just as long as our food cooking. Ridiculous. Long story short, we killed her with kindness, complimented her & our food & her attitude changed. Overall experience, not satisfied with staff & their lack of customer service to all guest visiting.
I ordered bacon n eggs to go.I ordered "add on side of hashbrowns" 50 cents. When it was time to pay the server charged me $350 said it was because o wanted it in a different box.I don't eat the box. Didn't get her name.Chubby girl with glasses.This should be explained before hand.Bad business
Waffle House will always be a top 3 fav places to eat. Its a comfort food. The staff always makes you feel like youre at home
