The Server Carlos had the best customer service. The food was perfect flavor size and the cook did a great job with cooking and presentation. Really great food
Really wanted to like this place, but it was a bit of a disappointment for a couple of reasons: slow service and the food wasn’t very good.My wife and I arrived right after they opened and were the second guests in the restaurant. We promptly ordered our food, I the enchiladas and my wife the ceviche. A while after we arrived a family of three arrived and order their food. After 30 mins we still didn’t have our food, but the family of 3 that came in after us had their food already even though the food we ordered was not complicated. Enchiladas were just ok, enchilada sauce tasted like it came out of a can. My wife said her ceviche was warm, which ceviche should not be, and didn’t care for the flavor either.Only reason we didn’t rate lower is because their staff was friendly, the margarita I got was good, and their salsa for chips had good flavor. Wouldn’t return again though.
I’ve been going here for years but not anymore after last night. Are you guys using dog food or just low quality meat? The food was absolutely terrible. Service was okay. Go to El Paso instead. It’s worth the drive. There beef is actually beef and not cat or dog food. It’s almost like Vallarta uses canned meat. Just trash all the way around.

The waitress very friendly, the food it's acceptable.Only detail the restrooms was to dirty, we couldn't washed our hands, because the sink was full of water.
Not terrible, but there are better places in Pensacola. This place is good tex mex, but far from authentic. Of you like Tex Mex it's 5 stars. If you like authentic it's 3 stars.
Straight trash. So I tried this place out because I was super hungry. Food is very expensive and small portions. If I had known I would've gotten an fake burrito, i probably wouldn't have come and dine in, no matter how hungry i was. The chips they gave me were staleeeeeeee!!!!! From there I should've ran away! But nope, I ordered a Burrito California and it wasn't even wrapped in burrito form. I basically had the insides on a plate and a toasted tortilla on top. Is this a giant taco or a burrito? The steak was good, but why i didn't receive a burrito for $14 is beyond me. I didn't ordered an open face ruben style Burrito California, but apparently that's what they call a Burrito here. I also ordered a regular steak quesadilla, but they decided to upcharge me to a supreme steak quesadilla, and In pretty sure I pointed to the regular steak quesadilla!Absolutely not okay and absolutely trash!!!
If you are anywhere West Pensacola and you want mexican food come to this Vallartas. Do not waste time going anywhere else. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and very well made not salty food.
My husband picked up the tortilla soup one day when I was sick. I really believe it helped me to get well and the chips and salsa, too. It is the PERFECT comfort food. We went back when I was well and ordered soup again and steak fajitas. This menu item it fabulous. Ask for cheese. All the food is fresh tasting. Ask for Enya.
Was indoor But had the Feeling of being Outdoors. Building is Beautifully Decorated. Gave me the Feeling of Joy, Comfort & Gamily. The Servers were Awesome! Would Highly Recommend This Place! Food was Great Too! ???
