Good and smoothie was great, as expected. I really appreciate the service from the lady in the kitchen. But my Experience would’ve been better had the girl behind the counter given better service. I visited 6/30 around noon. No greeting. I ordered two wraps and two smoothies but instead of telling me one of the smoothies is no longer sold, she just left it off my order. It wasn’t until the lady from the kitchen asked what I was waiting on before I realized and had to place another order for something else.
Completely blown away by the amazing service and delicious foods! I was not aware that TSC carried meat substitute for their wraps and salads! This is a game changer for me! Wraps and salads and smoothies (of course) are delicious and always made fresh!Its great to see a clean and well maintained restaurant! The store is always so clean, and staff is always friendly!Tropical Smoothie will have always my business !
I know a friend that used to work here , this places treats their staff horrible! The Manger Fred is absolutely a horrible rude person not o my does he not treat his customers with respect he disrespects he’s staff members I feel so sorry for them ! And to add on I went in for some food and a drink the young ladies who worked Sunday were absolutely slow and they continued to gossip about the mess that conspired working tropical smoothie along with talking down about other team members just flat out disappointed and disgusting! Fred is running a circus in there it doesn’t look clean back there or sanitary it looked like there is mold build up on the walls let alone they don’t clean their blenders it had mold at the bottom they use sink water I asked for a cup of water and they put a scoop of ice and sink water and handed it to me . Who wants sink water?? You can se the girls touching their face and hair and then going to make customer food .. everything is all over the place the young lady who was at the cashier named started with “Ar” was absolutely rude with no reason .. if you hate your job why work here ? I will never buy here again Fred needs to be fired ASAP and they need NEW people working here !
I really like this place, I love the smoothies and wraps but they frequently mess up my order ..
This is a great Tropical Smoothie Cafe!! Smoothies and service is always consistent. I have been a patron for 8+ years. The staff is also extremely friendly. They assisted me in locating my wallet -- their manager made an extra trip to come in and assist.
I came here to pick up an order for doordash I did not eat this location. I do like the tropical smoothie I eat at the one in Navarre however I don't know anything about this one I'm sure the food quality is the same, since they're chained and all. Don't have anything bad to say but I mean don't have anything good to say either I will say that when I went it was pretty crowded, so I mean that leads me to believe folks are going on a Tuesday then it must be a fairly decent place.
I had heard good things about Tropical Smoothie and decided to stop by. First off I would like to point out the amazing customer service I received from Ashley. She was helpful and made some excellent recommendations, she's a doll. I chose the Thai Chicken salad and it was delicious. The greens were fresh and crisp and the chicken was well seasoned and warm, I really enjoyed it. I upgraded my side and chose the jalapeno corn, it was soooo good! I put most of it on my salad, yum! The peanut dressing was tasty, I really enjoyed it. For the generous portion of salad you receive, the dressing is a small container. Perfect for me but some may want extra. Sorry there is no picture but the presentation was excellent! I will definitely be back, next time for an actual smoothie!
My order was messed up. Not once but twice. Then when I left and tasted my item, it tasted like straight water. Not like how it was the few times before when I came.
If I could give it a zero I would cause the general manager Fred is disrespectful and doesn’t care about his employees what so ever he should be replaced in my opinion. I walked in planning to order some good food but what I seen just made me change my mind and not to mention there is a shift lead I can’t remember her name I believe it starts with an A who doesn’t help her coworkers when they are overflowing with orders and that right there just proves she is incapable of leading or helping the day go better . I will never come back to this place.
