Hands down the best burger in Pensacola! Staff is always friendly and the fries are always hot. Don't let the long line deter you as they move it pretty quickly. Food is fantastic and prices are very reasonable. I wish we had one of these in Atlanta! Whataburger definitely takes a backseat to this place!!!
Got the double cheeseburger was hot and fresh seasoned just right. The fries were hot and fresh almost burned my mouth on both. Good experience all around. It was so good I went back through the drive thru to tip. 2 meals under 20

Perfect burgers! Cheese fries are great and fresh. Always fast service. There can be a long line but it moves fast. Tots and dogs are good too! Very reasonably priced.
Good burgers and fries! The wait at lunchtime is a little daunting (it's all drive-thru to the best of my knowledge) but THERE IS A REASON that TOPS is jam packed at lunch. It's good and worth the wait! Hey, McDonald's is right down the street but people GLADLY wait for TOPS.
This place is super annoying. The employees have the worse attitudes, and the food has just gone downhill. They were also literally never open and said it was shortage of staff do to “covid” even two years later. So I decided to do some research, this place has had over 256+ violations including mold, no hand washing soap, what are y’all using to wash your hands after you go to the bathroom?? cross contamination (raw food placed on non raw food), beef not being covered, cheese that’s used to place on Pattie’s being hit by sink water, mold in the ice they put in your drinks, employees smoking in the station, insects, food being placed on ground, ect. Not to mention multiple shut downs, and fines. That is DISGUSTING.
Hands down greatest burger I have EVER had. I have had a lot and I love burgers. This one. Man. I have waited 30 years to be able to even get one and I wish I would have gotten one sooner hahahah so flipping good. The service was amazing. The workers there are phenomenal. There was a guy that came out and took my order and by the time I got to the window she knew exactly what I had ordered and it was correct! We had a fun conversation and she was pleasant. it is one of the best places in Pensacola to get something to eat and not feel like you're a burden to them. My husband and my father-in-law highly suggested it and I will highly suggest it forever. Hope I get another one soon LOL ?? go early though or you'll never get one hahah that was my issue for all those years plus I live in Milton out by Whiting Field. It isn't a short drive but worth every cheesey juicy burger bite.

Can’t believe I’ve lived here since 2012 and today was my first time visiting Tops. Yummy, fast and well priced. We got the cheeseburgers and they were great. I’ll be going back to try the other items on the menu very soon. Be sure to bring cash or a debit card, they don’t take credit.
Great place for a cheap, but amazing burger. This is be my go to burger place from now on. Not to mention, super fast to get your order out to you.
