Called these folks last minute to cater for 25 people on a Sunday. Said that his crew was off for Sunday, but did it anyway. The brisket and pulled pork was awesome, all the guys said everything was very good and plentiful. Thanks again for feeding the crew on a Sunday, the owner went out of his way to prepare the food for us.Andrew

I had the gator sausage at their food truck in Gulf Breeze. It was delicious! And their homemade BBQ sauce was on point.

Wow! The brisket sandwich at this food truck was a revelation! I was skeptical of the Blueberry Chipotle BBQ sauce, I was wrong! It was incredible! I had this truck when they were at the Eatery. I will definitely be going back! Delicious! Bravo!

My wife and I decided to go to the Eatery in Gulf Breeze specifically to eat at Texan B's BBQ. We got the Texas Tour. Plenty of food for dinner and lunch tomorrow. It was very good! We took it home to eat because it was getting a bit cool to eat there. The area is so nice, next time as the weather gets warmer, we'll eat there. If you love BBQ you'll love this place. Nice people too. Thanks Y'all!

Owner was very approachable and professional. Prices were about what you’d expect for some good BBQ from a food truck but the flavor, the flavor was amazing. I got the brisket plate w/ a side of potato salad and baked beans. Wife got the pork nachos which were huge and tasted amazing.

Disappointed, both with the flavor and value. I tried "The Bull," a combination of gator and brisket. I got the plate, which comes with two sides (I selected beans and Mexican street corn for a $1 upcharge.) First, the plate costs ~$5 more than the sandwich. You get the same sandwich-sized portion, minus the bun. The cup of beans is approximately a 1/2 C portion... So you're spending $5 more for a small portion of beans and an ear of corn. The beans were bland and the corn was cold... not a grill mark on it. It was, essentially, a raw piece of corn. Now, on to the meat...The brisket is pulled, which is a travesty to brisket. Brisket should be served sliced. The only exception is the thin end of the flat. It typically overcooks as it is much thinner. You'll find it served chopped and sauced on sandwiches in Texas. This brisket was straight pulled; a common prep method for overdone meat. This, combined with lean gator, just isn't a good mix.To say I was unimpressed is an understatement. Sorry to say that I won't be eating from this truck again.

Yes, I'd recommend them for the taste, but not for the prices. Absurd prices, then they ask for a tip like I haven't already paid enough. The sides literally come in a TINY condiment container. Great taste, but ridiculous prices.

Thank you for the great Gator Sausage and pulled pork sandwich. It was excellent. Also love you street corn and potato salad. You must visit this food truck.
