Oh my goodness! For a place that just started out as a taco truck , they have the BEST authentic Mexican food! Highly recommend the quesadilla and the supreme tacos! ?
This is a good taco stand. It was clean, a line with 8 groups ordering ahead of us. The food was fresh and good, i only wish there was more flavor to the meat. The pickled onions, radish, and salsa were great. Even the green and orange sauces were good. My only disappointment was the thick cold double corn tortillas. They were fresh and not warm, a bit too thick, which overwhelmed the flavor of the tacos. The flour tortillas was on point. Just wish the meats were a bit more juicy and flavorful.
Trust me, there is no better Mexican (authentic) any where near or in Pensacola!! Definitely not fancy, no alcohol, but delicious, good clean food!! Only thing missing is a water view!! I wish they would open a restaurant with their yummy food plus a margarita!!
This place is a gem! The locals love it; the travelers are lucky to find it. It's just amazing! The food, delicious, the people are amazing. It was a pleasure.
1/28/2023: located behind gas station in food truck-trailer style. first time here; seen all the beautiful pics of food for months and finally tried it. Very authentic and quick Mexican food at a reasonable price.2/6/22: busy place everyone is finding out the secret location.

Single best taquería in the United State. I went to school in Pensacola for 4 years. EVERYONE in town knows "the sketchy taco place". The location and outside appearance is very unorthodox, but the food they serve is the gold standard for Mexican cuisine. It doesn't matter whether you other Carne asada or lengua tacos; if you order food from El Asador, you will leave with a bellyfull of excellence.
