I usually love the chalupas but i got one at the Davis hwy location and couldn't even eat it this time. My Lil girl had her regular los tacos and said hers wasn't that good either. I think maybe it was all fried in too much oil and ruined the texture and flavor!
I hate to say it..I really do, but I've never seen a place, so unprofessional...so lacking in couth, nor any desire for customer satisfaction, nor service....of all the times I've been to this particular location,(strictly out of convenience, alone)only once was there no drama, between a night employee (management)and a customer......and ordering ahead? Twice there was no knowledge of the online order....and the one and only tiime I ever tried using the app? Did the night mgr accuse me of trying to get free food or using the app illegally? Even threatened me with the local law enforcement? So as of yet, I haven't nor will I use the taco Bell app.....just have never seen a taco Bell like this, nor ran like this , in all the years I've been frequenting them....just a horrible place here on Davis hey in Pensacola, FL 32514.
They are extremely skimpy with their meat and always charge more than the advertised price. These were supposed to be 2 bucks but are 3 bucks are this location. Looks absolutely nothing like the ad photo
Their items actually look like the menu items. The staff is always polite and they try to be as quick as possible with the others. Honestly, it's the BEST Taco Bell I've ever been to.
I was asked if I wanted sour cream on a burrito, I say yes & was charged but didn't get any. Matter of fact I had very little meat thru 3/4 of it. Cheese was like nacho cheese nit shredded. I think a tablespoon of meat maybe was put in that burrito & im.being generous. I wish I would of taken a pic.
Horrible Taco Bell. I live around the area so I’ve been to this location MANY times. Every single time something is wrong with my order. I was attacked by a homeless man in the lobby as well. Today was my breaking point, everything about my order was wrong.Got three soft tacos with lettuce when I asked for none. Got a beefy five layer with beans when I asked for none. Didn’t even get my Gordita crunch. Don’t waste your time and money. Staff is rude.
Beyond terrible, this place should be shut down. Everything they made looked horrendous, the staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic about being out of an item I ordered and refused to give me a refund. If they paid their workers more, those workers would probably be higher-quality. Corporate greed to the extreme. This is my second awful experience with taco bell in the same day (first one was closed but still took my mobile order and my money) so I'm very upset. This whole ordeal took a good hour-and-a-half of my life away, as well as a bunch of money,bjust to go out of my way to get Mexican pizzas that look atrocious and a freeze that wasn't the flavor I wanted. Shame on everyone involved in the production and maintenance of this restaurant.
Came to this location on a Friday night. Usually I'd avoid this taco bell at all costs but wanted a crunchwrap so badly! I wonder if they changed management or something recently... service is normally terrible here. However tonight i had a very pleasant experience even 45 minutes before closing.. seemed like new employees hoping this location can maintain proper staff and leadership longterm because its the only Taco Bell on N Davis Hwy.
I have been to this location 2 times months apart and both times the lobby has been closed. I don't know what their food taste like because I never have had it. I am done with this location. The 5 star reviews has to be friends and family of the managers. It is simply done all you need is a receipt from any customer and use their friends and families phone or computer.
Ordered for lunch through the Taco Bell app. Went to go pick it up and was told they never got my order. Showed them the email confirmation and the order on the app itself. Was then told someone threw my order in the trash. Was given a new order but it wasn’t the same as what I originally ordered. Workers here don’t seem to know how to do their job or stay organized.
