Horrible..... So I ordered two nacho fries boxes and it wasn't until I paid that one of the crew said oh we are out of the nacho fries. Ok well I asked would they substitute them because I had already paid for them . No answer they continue to work slow ignoring folks and placed nachos in the box set two boxes on the counter no drinks so I continued to stand there trying to ask about the drinks noone spoke to me finally after 23 minutes of standing there one of the crew members said is there a problem? I said yes sir I'm missing my 2 large drinks ..... Oh and I said are y'all substituting the fries for something still no answer. At that point I was ready to leave got my drinks finally food was cold went to McDonald's
Although disappointed my coworker and I couldn't place separate orders at the drive through we placed our orders ( separately ) inside. The person taking our orders was very friendly and competent. The food was good, I had three hardship taco supremes that were very tasty. Good place to go for a quick lunch.
Don't pay to get poisoned here; stay clear of this store.This place used to be good, but the only positive experience now is from the order taker/cashier. My wife, co-workers from my job, and I all have gotten food poisoning after getting food there. Most of the time orders are done correctly, but food bits, like tomatoes, can end up in the wrong spots like in your quesadillas.Also, food prices seem great, orders are completed at a reasonably fast pace, but items aren't always properly labeled or marked.
Do not try to order anything vegetarian here, even from the vegetarian menu. Somehow beef or meat of some kind will end up in the food. It has never been right but one time. I don't get why something can be so hard. It's upsetting because any other taco bell can get the memo.
Stopped in for lunch. I liked that the lobby was open so I could go inside, order, & sit down to eat. The Beautiful Lady that took my order (Precious) was polite & had a great personality. The food came out quickly and was fresh & hot. The restaurant was clean inside.
People were friendly and the food was good. I only gave it a 4 because as we went in there was a man walking slowly down the parking lot road while someone drove behind him honking angrily. Also when I walked in the front door there were chips all over the floor. Also, no one was taking my order so I asked if I have to use the kiosk, but a girl said she would take our order but when we were halfway done she quickly walked off. After about 3 minutes I asked if she was coming back and someone ran back to find her but then someone else from the back came up and said no one could take my order and asked me to use the kiosk. Halfway through ordering at the kiosk the first person came back and said they could take my order now. I decided to just finish at the kiosk. When we were finishing they told us that the soda dispenser wasn't working but they could give is freezes instead but it was cold outside so we just drank water. Food came out quickly, even before we finished ordering at the kiosk but no one told us it was ours so we waited about an extra 5 minutes longer than needed. Most of the tables were still dirty, but our 3rd try was clean. After biting into the best chalupa ever I went up to get a fork and they gave me a butter knife so I handed it back and told him it wasn't a fork. When he went to get a fork I said, "You had one job." And the guy laughed heartily. While we were eating the lights went out in the dining room for about 10 seconds. I knocked one off for that stuff.TLDR: Place had more crash and burn explosions than a Michael Bay movie but ultimately the people were very friendly and the food was fast and maybe the best tasting Taco Bell I've ever had. (I had the two chicken chalupa meal with a soft taco instead of hard.) I put a lot of stock in friendly.
These tacos are expensive to be so horrible. Never again. The staff here acts like they don't care at all about their job. I stood there at the counter for almost 15 minutes while people walked by and looked at me, nobody ever greeted me, and somebody from the back that was cooking had to finally scream at someone to come take my order. You can go to El asador and get real tacos for cheaper than this garbage. This review is specifically about the location on Navy Boulevard in Warrington Florida
I must say this is most likely the best Taco Bell in all of Pensacola! The food is consistently made very well and staff is very fun and friendly! Shout of to Makalia for the awesome and professional customer service! Also thanks to Mike Gordon for making such excellent food! Seriously don't review too much but these guys went above and beyond so made sure to get their names so could give them the recognition they deserve! Thanks guys for the great experience! 5/5!
Service was fast. However the quality and preparation of my food was not that great. The burrito wrap was little hard on one end like it had been sitting out for awhile, my burrito looked like it was hastily put together and the paper wrapper was not even completely wrapping my food. I have been there before and had excellent service and food but this time was terrible
Mikaela at the drive through rudely interrupted me numerous times when I was trying to order a soft taco instead of hard shell with my combo meal. When we got to the window she handed us our bag of food and shut window before we had a chance to ask for sauces..didn’t care too much about that but then when I check the bag I didn’t even have my taco that came with combo meal. I was waving at Mikaela through the window as the other employee was taking someone’s order at the front. When I couldn’t get her attention we honked the horn, she opened the window said absolutely nothing but stared blankly at us, I let her know I’m missing my taco she shut window interrupting when I was again explaining I wanted soft shell finally got to the correct taco thrown at me and again a final slam of her window. I’ve never been so disrespected by anyone. Do better Mikaela.
