Took the kids today for our 1st time. Middle of the day on a Sat and we were the only ones there,and we spent a good hour. no music playing just dead quiet until my kids jumped in the sprinkle pool. I think music playing would help, and a little friendlier staff. A woman came from a back room when we arrived and seem to rush us up to get back to what she was doing. I explained it was our 1st time and she disregarded it and didn't welcome us. as soon as my card to pay clear she disappeared again. My kids loved the ice cream and the photo booths/sprinkles. That part was fun! I highly suggest music for quiet times so the customers don't feel odd when the only people in there.. also a more welcoming staff.

This place is fantastic!! Way better then that Hershey place. Real home made ice cream and so delicious. The decor sets this place apart from most places. You won't be sorry you tried this place and you'll be back.
Great ice cream and fun for the family. My daughters enjoyed playing in the pool of sprinkles. They also have a photo booth area for fun pics.
Loved this place it was fantastic. It was pricey. One scoop in a cup $4.99 plus tax and credit card fee. Around $6.00. Ice-cream was delicious and topping were plentiful. The shop was adorable with 2 photo booths and a play area. Overall enjoyed the place, hopefully the price will come down some.
The feel is as cold as the ice cream. Cute, but too pretentious and uninviting. Let alone being charged $2 extra if you want your ice cream in a store bought cone. I asked for a waffle cone thinking it would be the fresh homemade kind. Negative, their boxed grocery store cones. The charge is absolutely ridiculous! You're met with two signs that threaten to call the police if you loiter. I don't know if they've had problems in the past, but this place is too cold and in all the wrong ways. The only thing sweet is the ice cream. I'd rather drive to Orange Beach and go to Del's.

Really cute ice cream and sweets shop! They have an actual pool of "sprinkles" that kids can get into and 2 free, cute photo booths set up. They have a great variety of ice cream flavors including many unique ones and a few classics. I tried the brown butter, caramel and it was delicious! I hope to go back someday and try one of their candy treats.
We went this Thursday night. We were one of two sets of customers there--not busy. The ice cream was phenomenal. Place smelled and looked clean.Prices are good for how much ice cream you get!They had many gluten-free ice cream options. My gluten-free friend said she had no reaction afterward to the ice cream.They have a nice confetti "pit" for kids to jump in, and a cute colorful place to take pictures inside. No outside dining area.The building seems too big for the business, but there would be plenty of room for a large crowd!Would be excited to go again!
