Good sandwich, slow service
Friendly service, but the cam was having a hard time with the dullness of the knife for the bread
I stood in line behind 1 person for 5 minutes waiting my turn to order. I get up to the counter and place my order for 2 meatball footlong sub sandwiches. The guy behind the counter says they only have 1 piece of bread. ??I watched as the female put a load of dough in the oven. I was offered to try their wraps or salads instead. Needless to say I wasn't going to subway for a salad or wrap. it's very blatantly obvious there is a lack of incentive to do the job they were highered to do. Maybe we could get a new manager in this place of business so that customer service will actually mean something. COVID 19 is No longer a excuse for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered a pickup order last night and it couldn’t have gone any worse. Not only was my order completely wrong my kids could have made a better sandwiches. It’s almost like they completely messed up my order on purpose and made them the worse possible way. Had to throw it all away and the fam went to bed hungry. Wish I took pictures! ?♂️
Horrible customer service! I ordered twice on the app today and both times did not receive full orders I paid for and was told no refund.. also the sandwiches I received were so salty I couldn't even taste anything else but salt. Rude employees and horrible food. I will never order from this location again.!. Worst experience ever!

I went out of my way to go to this one because I wanted to avoid the one in Walmart! Im so happy I did! There was three employees that greater me as soon as I walked in. They all worked together and got my order done so fast. Very friendly and polite. The place was also very clean and organized. One of the cleanest I've seen in a long time. Good customer service seems to be so hard to come buy these days with everyone being understaffed and overworked. So I just wanted to say how much I appreciate my experience
Due to New Management, this place has become one of our new favorites to eat. Normal Subways in my area are usually lacking in all aspects. However, this one has made a complete turnaround and I would go out of my way to eat here if ever in the mood for a sub sandwich.
