My son loves this place. Hamburgers are very tasty and French fries are excellent. They would have gotten a 5 star rating, except, when placing the order, the person was not listening. I spoke loudly enough, but she evidently was distracted. I had to say "hello" twice before she responded asking me to repeat my order. I was happy to repeat it, so I gave it a second time. She then said "drive around to the window for your total." When arriving at the window, no one was there. A few seconds later, a young lady opened the window. I am happy they ask if you would like a receipt. We need to do everything possible to reverse the damage to our planet. In time of disease and more disease, it's not a good idea to open your wrapped, bagged foods until assuring you hands are "CLEAN." So, I did not check for accuracy until arriving home, 30 minutes away. At home, I discovered an item specified and paid for was not in the bag. I called back, spoke with a supervisor, Shelby. I state her name because she was excellent. I did not have to ask, she offered to replace the entire order. Very pleasant. I know the restaurants are understaffed and it can be trying dealing with constant issues, but she ma>ntained a very pleasant and professional demeanor throughout the conversation. Shelby I give a "5 star" rating. The food "5" stars. Accuracy is where the 4 stars comes in.
Quick friendly drive thru, somewhat affordable compared to other fast food places. Shake was good & burger was very good hot & the toppings were fresh and chilled on top. Love the toasted bun too. Yummy
1. Never been to a shake place that could not make a malt... No malts.2. The cleanliness of this restaurant is appealing. Cob webs on the neon signs.. right above your head as you check out..Which led me to looking around and noticing that it is dirty everywhere. The windows the floor the corners makes me wonder if I ever want to eat here again. I hope you guys read this and do something about the cleanliness of this restaurant
Great food love the Cajun fries and the burgers as well. Can't go wrong with this place they were super busy but still got us our food really fast and fresh... And open 24 hours is great as we work crazy hours so we don't eat dinner till late
Everyone was very professional and polite.always polite and very nice and fast service and always checking to see if we were ok with everything. Awesome service.
Love the atmosphere. Old diner style. Great location next to the mall. I had the jalapeno steak burger with cheese fries, it was very good, however I recommend the salsa on the side instead of the actual burger. This was actually recommended to me by the waitress. Great vanilla milkshake. Overall good service just felt a tad rushed the entire time. Food was delicious!
This was my 2nd steak and shake experience and I was definitely ABOVE the first ! I had chicken fingers with a reese pb shake that was perfect ! Our server was on point ! Thank you for that ! I

Service was terrible! The server that sat us was so rude. We went across the street to five guys and for the same price had a great dinner and everyone there was awesome. Thank you steak n shake, I didn't know what I was missing at five guys
