busy location but they handle the high volume quite well.:UPDATE:I pulled in this morning on a Saturday and the line was wrapped around the building almost twice….. Within 15 minutes I was pulling back out onto 9 mile to carry on with my day.... This is why I choose this location over the one closer to University....
Chase makes going to this Starbucks a pleasure. He is always very personable and helpful. Chase makes you feel like a valuable customer. Also I have had a very good experience with Znaisah and Abi. Thank you Starbucks for hiring these exceptional employees.
We love the location on Pine Forest and 9 Mile here in Pensacola. Definitely our go to. No matter how long the lines are, they're efficient, courteous, and professional

My Gr. Americo came in the same cup. So i was looking for the bigger cup. My drink was nice and watered down. Gross!! They arent the nicest staff. They dont speak to you. Trash
Everyone was friendly enough, they made my croissant close to 15/20 minutes before my coffee was ready so it just got cold on the counter, and then I get the coffee and it’s wrong, they were quick with the remake and courteous.However, the tall man working this morning,I presume the manager was very rude and loud to one of his workers, I get the need to correct but there is a time and place, and it isn’t loudly in front of customers and the rest of the staff, she looked so embarrassed, if there is anything to fix here it’s that.People don’t leave jobs, they leave bad management.
Who ever made the drinks this morning at Starbucks should probably find another job. I usually try to avoid this starbucks bc the lack of good customer service, but unfortunately I stopped by today. Occasionally they do make a good cup of coffee byt clearly today was not that day. My coffee Frappuccino tastes like skim milk with chunks of ice. No coffee taste at all so I know they didn't even put the extra shot of espresso in it either. I mean you literally have one job... if you want a good coffee go to the Starbucks on e 9 mile by kohl's. And they are super friendly!
I wish I could give them 0 stars but they force us to at least give 1.We order 2 simple coffees (small black w/cream and small black w/almond milk and sugar) Both came out wrong. We ask which one was each one and the guy on the window was really rude with his answer; " I don't know, check the label".
The girl at the window must have been distressed from a previous customer because she literally told another employee while the window was open, “I don’t want to deal with customers today,” after being asked if she was ok. Coffee is good though!
Amazing, always accurate orders, no matter how complicated. Such a sweet staff too! I’m a daily customer, and I won’t go anywhere else❤️
