This is the best starbucks I've gone to, and the worker Quez contributes a lot to making everyone's morning just a bit better.
Friendly staff, their service was quick, and my order was perfect! I loved their warm greeting and well wishes, felt right at home.
The cashier was very nice and helpful when my friend had no clue what she wanted to drink. I was a little nervous when waiting for our drinks someone asked "what are you waiting for?" and we had to repeat our order. The drinks came out right though! So, no harm, no foul!The place was clean. Will go back.
The ice vanilla latte (blonde roast) with extra sweet foam & cinnamon dolce topping is so delicious! They nailed it! ???️???
Don’t have oat milk and barista said they are “still out” which implies they are not trying to figure out a way to go get some. It’s 2022 people want alternative milk choices. You have a target down the street that carries the same product that Starbucks uses. GM do your job.
Today was a very sad and hard day for me today. I go to UWF and I was talking to advisors all day about an incident that happened and my mental health was out the door. After that, I drove to Starbucks, I’m still crying. I order a pink drink and I got to the window and the girls were very nice to me I think her name was Trinity. She gave me a straw and cheered me up a little. Thank you for everything you guys do.
Mobile ordering wasn't working at this location, again. They were out of cheese danish. Suggested the sugarplum cheese danish, said it was way better than the cheese danish. I gave it a try, I'm not mad about it.

I ordered a hot latte with oat milk instead of almond and got an iced blonde latte that taste like straight creamer and no toppings. The other drink I ordered was a frappe and it came with no toppings either and the drink was 3/4 full. I waited awhile in drive thru and just left thinking maybe I screwed up my order but I went back after to check and confirmed I did not get what I ordered. No idea what happened here for the drinks to go so wrong, I feel like I wasted money on a cup of creamer.
