order ahead is never available. i work a few store down, and they arent even busy so why the fvck is order ahead not working? i cant just leave my store to stand around for 30 mins while no one does anything.theres ony one person there that actually works and i havent seen her in a while, i think her name is daisy.
This place is absolutely disgraceful! It is unbelievable how Starbucks is support the destruction of our country and culture. Starbucks is a disgrace to Seattle and the US.
Definitely come here if you want to watch one girl make everyone’s drinks while 5 other girls stand around talking about how busy it is. I think I saw one grab a couple of cookies for a customer while I waited. I’m not saying it wasn’t busy, but if you had people who knew how to work maybe there wouldn’t be a line
Tried to charge me 7$ for my .54¢ drink. All I order is a cup of whip cream with cookie crumble for .54¢ and every other Starbucks has done this just fine from Niceville to Pensacola. They tried to tell me they had to charge it as a cup of milk, which even so a gallon of milk is 4$ at most. Absolutely insane.Update a few days later, this time they made it but barely filled the cup at all. If you are charging me for it full the fing cup.

lmao when i worked here (many moons ago thank god) we had SO many roaches everywhere in the back and even crawling under the espresso machines during rushes. they kinda blended in with the loose espresso beans. and maggots in the drains. ? i was actually reprimanded by leadership for telling our district manager about the maggots.....hahahahaha easier to hide a problem than solve it i guess. hope this place isn't the same anymore but it's not worth giving a second chance anyways. starbucks is so gross.
The service was good and the place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and engaging, and the drinks were great. We would definitely go back the next time that we are in the area.
Always friendly and decent service
The service at this Starbucks is fantastic. The lines can be a little long, but that is expected for a Starbucks in the mall and the amount of high traffic. It is a very relaxing environment and I would highly recommend.
Incredibly cavalier. The line was about 12 deep and And the blonde male with sleeves did NOT care,he moved like he was on lithium. Ironic for a coffee shop. Additionally,the order was wrong,but the caffeine ON POINT! The woman was grinding to compensate. Thank God for Bustelo. I grapple with reason to return. Dude isnt too pretty to have some urgency. Perahps a wrong fit. Big Sad.
