Big thanks to the barista who noticed my pup in the car and offered him his first pup cup! He has always demanded (barked) to participate in my Starbucks drinks (even though he doesn't get any), but I'd never thought about a pup cup for him. He was a very happy boy.Also, aside from pup cups, this location is always speedy getting orders up. Just order ahead and go in if the drive through line is long to make it extra convenient for yourself.
I love this place i use to go once a day to the drive thru and always ask the same thing an iced latte grande with sugar free vanilla syrup and thee pumps of espresso. The lady who attended me today when I ordered she said "we don't have sugar free products" i replied "i always buy the same" then she said "ok but we do only two shots of esperesso" i said "can you do three i always ask 3" she said "that's an extra" i said "that's ok i want 3 shots please" i drive to the other window and i give her the exact money 6.75$ i had a bill of 5 a bill of 1 and three quarters so was exact she grab the money and say "so no tip" i said "not this time i have exactly the money" so she rolled her eyes at me and give me my coffee then i ask for a straw and she says "what?" I repeat "a straw please" she looked me and says "i can't understand what you're saying" i try to speak more clearly and say "a straw" so she give me one and again rolled her her eyes at me... I know that i might have an accent and English is not my first language but i believe she was super rude, i could read her name in her apron MERCEDES and idk but Mercedes is not a very American name to be this rude and racist and for the record I might have an accent but i am extremely clear when I speak she has no right to make me feel that i was doing something wrong i understand she might had a bad day but i also work with people and this is not a good behavior. It made me nervous and hurt my feelings. This is the first time i have this type of experience usually i had the most amazing experience and they're super polite and nice but i had to change my review because this was not a behavior you'd expect from a company like Starbucks

As a barista visiting from out of town, the friendliness and enthusiasm of this staff was the best I’ve ever seen and I enjoyed chatting with them! My order was PERFECT! :)
Had the double Carmel Chaffee frapp or something like that. Really rich taste. Then had the espresso almond something and it was very good too.
Drugs are a bad thing - why anyone would knowingly ingest fentanyl is beyond me - then I look at the massive line of cars circling around Starbucks to buy an $8 cup of caffeine, and I say to myself, “where can I get some fentanyl?” But in all seriousness - this Starbucks does a great job and their line moves fast!!!
The guy at the window today was absolutely clueless and rude. Made me repeat my order multiple times when I was trying to order for my kids. He said they were out of vanilla milk boxes but it’s my three year olds favorite, so I simply asked that they make one and match the price since they were out of it and he said he he was “unsure” then told me it would be $1 extra. I’ve never had a Starbucks charge me extra when they were out of something to make the exact same thing. So at that point with over a $18 order I drove off. I hope the $1 and clueless act was worth it.
I love this location. I stop in on my way to work to grab my mobile order. It’s not really busy and my order is right. The staff is nice. The parking lot is small and a bit hard to get in and out, but since it’s not very busy, I haven’t had any issues.
I usually go to local coffee shops, but this Bucks location is always quick, even though they are usually very busy. The staff always says "welcome in!" Or "hello!" when you walk in. They always get my order right.
Excellent service. Only the drive thru was open. My husband accidentally drove past the speaker for the order and couldn't back upWent for the window and the young lady was so kind. Had a great sense of humor and was so kind to me--the coffee was a special birthday treat. I will go to this Starbucks again.
