Walked into the Pensacola Starbucks. Looking possibly for something that said Pensacola. Aked if the girl could help me. She looked right at me and turned away and started talking to another employee and ignored me. I said Really? You apparantly do not want my business! As I was tirning away, another employee said, well ugh We might. Too late. I walked out. How rude. I was visiting! Should have gotten her name!
I ordered coffee with oatmilk instead of regular milk for health reasons and the barista made me a coffee with cow’s milk, didn’t tell me, and now I am sick because of it. That’s lousy and dangerous.
Not a knock on this Starbucks, butI hate Starbucks and these kind of places overall. They are overpriced and people believe they are trendy. I only go because my 8 year old has fallen victim to the trendiness and she like their fresher or whatever you call them drinks.
Came in yesterday and the coffee I was serve was dripping down the cups d went on to my white leggings and if you pay 6 dollars for coffee it should taste good and not be messy
Scored a new (for me) Been There Series cup. I had the little Florida mug, but I haven’t had a travel mug yet. I LOVE it!!
We drove thru on Weds morning and the young woman at the drive thru was exceptional! Our large order was perfect and fast, and she was extremely accommodating and gracious. We will visit again!

The Barista went out of her way to make sure my coffee was satisfactory and I was well pleased ! Wish I had her name… I will frequent that location.
