25-30 minutes for one breakfast sandwich and one coffee.. not quick or convenient

There was a placenta in the sink in the bathroom. Very disturbing.

Blaring ridiculous loud disney music on a loop is simply annoying. asked to have them at least turn it down a bit and was told we love disney music here and it for us, not the customers.

These people are careless and dont value customers. Ordered a cup of water and watched the entire staff not make a single drink for 5 minutes before they finally poured water into a cup for me. Seemed quite intentional too.Not to mention the parking lot is very small and employees park right in front of the store so actual paying customers cant park there, taking spaces from paying customers at the other businesses as well. These people couldnt care less about providing half way decent customer service

The cashier was the snottiest, rudest person I've encountered in a retail setting in a very long while. At first I thought that was just her "schtick" or something - I couldn't believe she was actually that bad, but she was. The staff overall had an "I couldn't care less" attitude - except for when one of the employees enthusiastically went table to table to tell patrons that they'd be closing in an hour. Bad form, Starbucks. Won't be back, and will advise people to spend their time and money somewhere they are welcome.

Waited twenty minutes for two drinks that weren't even on the list for being in the works. However, they were able to clear the drive thru line that was wrapped around into the street. If anything they could've given me a possible wait time but not even that could be provided. A shoulder shrug, $4 gift card and a refund.

I guess the cashier who is in-charge in drive through today in store number 50953 is having a bad day today. She is just the rudest cashier I’ve ever met in starbucks.

This place is constantly closed on random days. Ordered pick up this morning, it got kicked to a different location AFTER the order was placed, and then when I called Starbucks Customer Service to get a refund they refunded me the money BEFORE tax. What kind of nonsense is that. Do better.

I ordered a drink from a different Starbucks not realizing they made a mistake when I got down the road. I went to the Starbucks on Gregory street and spoke with the cashier about the mishap and with no hesitation they made me a new drink. And it was perfect!! Thanks Leslie :)

Generally great customer service, but the last two days I’ve had a bad experience. Either the drinks or wrong or just poor service. I even called to ask to tell the manager about it and needless to say it never happened.
